03/14 BT Business PSTN 24 Month Minimum Period resign offer - Total Care Service Care Level/BT Call Minder/Three way calling/Call Diversion

Between 17th March and 30th June 2014, BT, may, at its discretion, by invitation only and for telephone sales only, provide Total Care Service Care Level or one of the additional business calling features to customers at the charges below

Eligibility:

1.The offer is open to existing BT business Customers only, who

(a) have an existing contract for a BT Business PSTN line (s) and

(b) resign a new contract for a BT Business PSTN line(s) with a new Minimum Period of 24 months (subject to BT's standard terms and conditions)

The Offer

2. Either

BT will provide Customers with one of the following products (at BT's discretion) for each BT Business PSTN line (which the customer signs a new contract with a 24 month Minimum Period for) at the charges below for the Minimum Period specified.

*Total Care is not available on a PSTN Low Cost Line(s).

3. Customers will be notified at the time of entering into the contract which of the above products BT has agreed to provide.

4. The Minimum Period will commence at the same time as the 24 month Minimum Period for BT Business PSTN and end;

(a) for Total Care at the same time as the 24 month Minimum Period for the BT Business PSTN line(s);

(b) For BT Call Minder, Three way calling and Call Diversion on 30 June 2016

unless paragraph 6 applies.

5. At the end of the Minimum Period, the charges for the product received will revert to the standard rental charges applicable for that product as set out in the BT Price List (see Section 14 and Section 2 Part 4), unless the customer ends the contract for that product by giving BT notice in accordance with the terms and conditions.

6. If at any time, the customer ends the BT Business PSTN contract or a line(s), under that contract, the contract for the product above will also end at the same time and the product will no longer be provided on the terminated contract or line(s).

Conditions

7. BT's standard published terms and conditions apply including early termination charges (if applicable) if Customers terminate the contract, a line or any part of the Service before the end of the Minimum Period.

Terms and conditions for Total Care - See Section 14

For BT Call Minder, Call diversion and three way calling all applicable call charges will still be charged as appropriate. Terms and conditions apply - see Section 2 Part 4.

8. Charges and conditions are subject to change as detailed in BT's standard published terms and conditions.

9. BT reserves the right to withdraw, amend or end this offer at any time, without notice.
