Description BT Cloud Phone is an IP voice service. The service is available for UK business customers. BT Cloud Phone has similar features to a traditional communications system but is hosted in the cloud. |

A customer can have any amount of User Feature Packs, but they must all be the same type within the account. |
500 UK Minutes: - - User Feature Packs (with their inclusive calls) are bought on a per user basis, but call minutes are shared across users at customer account level. Unused minutes are not carried forward to the next month.
- - If the minutes are used before the end of the month additional minutes are charged at the rates shown below.

Inclusive UK minutes cover calls to call types 01, 02, 03, 05 (where charged at g21 rates), 0870, 0845, 07, 0870, 0845, and UK fixed to mobile calls. - to all fm charge rates (excludes calls to specialised numbers at other rates). |
Calls will be terminated by BT after 4 hours. |
Each User account shall have a call limit of £100 a day and £300 a month. The User may increase the aforementioned call limit by contacting their Administrator. For the avoidance of doubt, this call limit shall apply to all overage calls that are not included in the User Feature Pack. |

BT Cloud Phone Early Termination Charges |
In accordance with clause 6.5 of the Conditions for BT Business Services, the following will apply: |
Termination of contracts with a Minimum Period of 12 or 24 Months.
If the Contract is terminated during the Minimum Period the Customer will pay in full any outstanding connection or other non-recurring charges and 70% of the recurring charges, of the balance of the Minimum Period at the prevailing recurring charges, at the time of the termination.

Migration |
If a customer migrates from BT Cloud Phone, early termination charges may apply unless the migration is an upgrade (equal to or higher value contract). |
Conditions |
BT Cloud Phone is provided under BT's Contract for BT Cloud Phone.
BT Cloud Phone is for the Customer's own use and must not be resold or otherwise transferred.

Exclusions: |
a) The following call types cannot be made from BT Cloud Phone: - calls to 09xx (Premium Rate) numbers;
- calls to 118 (Directory Enquiry services) other than 118500 which is possible

b) The following calls cannot be made to BT Cloud Phone: calls from Payphones |
Service Support Operating Times |
Faults and Number Porting:
Basic licence customers and single user account customers on any licence type can contact the service support team Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Connect and Collaborate licence customers will be able to contact the service support team twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Billing and Sales:
