The BT Business 3 Month Rental Credit Offer is as follows:

Definitions

The following definitions apply in addition to those set out in the Customer's Contract for the New Lines and the Customer's Contract for the New Broadband.

"Cable Transfer? means a New Line that requires a number port.

"New Broadband? means one of the Broadband options listed below ordered on or after 16th July 2012 with a Minimum Period of 24 months.

?New Line(s)? means a Business PSTN, Featureline, Featureline Compact, ISDN2 or ISDN30 line ordered on or after the 16th July 2012 with a Minimum Period of no less than 24 months for Business PSTN and 36 months for ISDN2, ISDN30 and Featureline/Featureline Compact.

"Offer Period" means 16th July 2012 to 30th31st SeptemberMarch 20122013 inclusive (extended from 23rd July 2012).

Eligibility and Benefits

1. The BT Business 3 Month Rental Credit Offer is available to Customers who, within the Offer Period, are invited to take the offer and order either a New Line or a New Line with a New Broadband within the Offer Period.

2. Line Rental Charges - Where during the Offer Period, the Customer:

Orders a New Line, the rental charges applicable to that New Line will be zero rated for the first 3 months of the Minimum Period of the New Line. At the end of that 3 month period the rental charge will revert to the rental in the Contract for the New Line.

3. Broadband Rental Charges - Where during the Offer Period, the Customer:

Orders a New Line with a New Broadband, the rental charges applicable to that New Line and New Broadband will be zero rated for the first 3 months of the Minimum Period of both the New Line and the New Broadband. At the end of that 3 month period the rental charge will revert to that stated in the applicable Contract for the New Line and the New Broadband.

4. Connection Charge ? for Cable Transfers: the connection charge applicable to Cable Transfers will not apply provided that the order for the New Line requiring the Cable Transfer is placed within the Offer Period. All other connection charges will be as set out in the Customer?s Contract for the New Line or New Broadband.

Conditions

All other terms and conditions and charges are as detailed in the Customer's Contract for the New Line or New Broadband.

BT reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
