RENTAL CHARGES

The rental charges set out in Table 1 will apply to the Lines included in the Inventory (excluding Business Value PSTN and Business Critical PSTN Lines, the charges for which are in Section 1 Part 2).

Please note that if you terminate a Line the termination charges for that Line will be based on the rental charges set out in Section 1 of the BT Price List and not those in Table 1 above.

CHARGES APPLICABLE TO SERVICE CARE LEVELS OTHER THAN PROMPT CARE

Where the Customer has opted to take Critical Care or Total Care - the following additional charges will apply:

Note 1: the charge stated above for ISDN2 is per pair of channels.

Note 2: the charges above exclude Business Value PSTN and Business Critical PSTN lines.

The Service Care Level will apply at Installation level.
