The BT Business Complete - 1p Offer is available as follows:

Definitions

The following additional definitions apply in addition to those set out in the BT Price List Entry for BT Business Complete Section 56:Part 26:

?Cable Transfer? means a New Line that requires a number port.

?Existing Customer? means a customer with contracts with BT for the Lines prior to the 7th September 2011.

?Existing Lines? means a Line for which a contract between the Customer and BT existed prior to the 7th September 2011.

?New Customer? means a customer with no contracts for the Lines with BT prior to the 7th September 2011.

?New Line(s)? means a Line ordered at the same time as the order for BT Business Complete (including the BT Business Complete - 1p Offer).

?New Call Package(s)? means a Call Package (previously known as the Unlimited Calls Package) ordered at the same time as the order for BT Business Complete (including the BT Business Complete - 1p Offer)

?New Broadband(s)? means a fixed Broadband ordered at the same time as the order for BT Business Complete (including the BT Business Complete - 1p Offer).

"Offer Period" means 7th September 2011 to 30th June 2012 (inclusive).

Eligibility

1. Existing Customers

The BT Business Complete - 1p Offer is available to Existing Customers who are eligible for BT Business Complete and who:

(a) Order BT Business Complete (including the BT Business Complete - 1p Offer) within the Offer Period; and

(b) Order a New Line, New Call Package and/or New Broadband at the same time as ordering BT Business Complete (including the BT Business Complete - 1p Offer).

2. New Customers

The BT Business Complete - 1p Offer is available to New Customers who are eligible for BT Business Complete and who within the Offer Period, order:

(a) BT Business Complete (including the BT Business Complete - 1p Offer); and

(b) a minimum of one New Line at the same time as ordering BT Business Complete (including the BT Business Complete - 1p Offer).

3. New Customers and Existing Customers

In addition where a New Customer or Existing Customer wishes to include a Compatible Broadband Service and/or a Compatible Mobile Service within the Inventory for BT Business Complete, the Customer must:

(a) have an existing Standard Contract for the Compatible Broadband Service and/or Compatible Mobile Service, that is to be included in the Inventory for BT Business Complete; or

(b) place orders for the Compatible Broadband Service and/or Compatible Mobile Service, that is to be included in the Inventory for BT Business Complete.

Benefits of the BT Business Complete - 1p Offer

In addition to the benefits and charges detailed in the BT Business Complete Price List Entry Section 56:Part 26:, the Customer will receive:

1. Call Package - Where during the Offer Period, the Call Package is applied to an Existing Line or a New Line and included in the Inventory within the Offer Period:

the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Call Package will be 1p per month for the first 3 months of the Minimum Period of the BT Business Complete Contract. Upon expiry of the 3 month period, BT will apply the Additional Monthly Subscription applicable to the Call Package, as detailed in the BT Business Complete Price List Entry.Section 56:Part 26:

2. Broadband Rental Charges - Where during the Offer Period, the Customer:

(a) orders one of the Compatible Broadband Services listed in Table 1 below and includes this within the Inventory; and/or

(b) includes within the Inventory one of the Compatible Broadband Services listed in Table 1 below, for which they have an existing contract,

the rental charges applicable to that Compatible Broadband Service, will be 1p per month (excluding VAT) for the first 3 months of the Minimum Period of the BT Business Complete Contract. At the end of the 3 month period the rental charge will revert to that stated in the Standard Contract for the Compatible Broadband Service.

3. BT Talk Time Solo - Where the Customer between the 19th September 2011 and the 30th June 2012 (inclusive):

(a) places an order for BT Talk Time Solo (to which a 24 month Minimum Period and Minimum Term applies); and

(b) includes this within the Inventory as a Compatible Mobile Service; and

(c) applies the UK Voice Extra option (previously known as the Unlimited UK Voice Extra option) to a Connection provided under that Contract for BT Talk Time Solo,

the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the UK Voice Extra option will be 1p per month per Connection (excluding VAT) for the first 3 months of the Minimum Term of the Connection to which the UK Voice Extra option has been applied. At the end of the 3 month period the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the UK Voice Extra option will be as detailed in the Standard Contract for BT Talk Time Solo.

Note: The 24 month Minimum Term set out under the Standard Contract for BT Talk Time Solo will apply to the UK Voice Extra option and termination charges will apply where the UK Voice Extra option is terminated within that Minimum Term. Details of termination charges applicable to the BT Talk Time Solo contract can be found in the Standard Contract.

4. Connection - For Cable Transfers, the connection charge applicable to such Cable Transfers will not apply provided that the Order for the Line requiring the Cable Transfer is placed within the Offer Period. All other connection charges will be as set out in the BT Business Complete Price List Entry Section 56:Part 26: .

Note that the rules about free or reduced connection charges outside of the BT Business Complete - 1p Offer are detailed in this Price List in Section 1 .

Conditions

The total number of Lines within the Inventory must not exceed 8 during the Offer Period.

Upon expiry of the Offer Period the maximum number of Lines that can be included in the Inventory will be as detailed in the BT Business Complete Price List Entry Section 56:Part 26.

Where the number of Lines in the Inventory exceeds:

(a) 8 during the Offer Period; or

(b) any maximum set out in the BT Business Complete BT Price List Entry Section 56:Part 26 at any time after the expiry of the Offer Period,

BT reserves the right to terminate the BT Business Complete Contract.

All other terms and conditions are as detailed in the Price List Entry for BT Business Complete Section 56:Part 26:

The Lines, Compatible Broadband Services and Compatible Mobile Services are provided on the relevant Standard Contracts.

BT reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
