BT Access Credit Scheme is a rental pricing scheme for business Customers. Under the BT Access Credit Scheme the Customer commits to an Annual Rental Spend on its eligible BT PSTN, ISDN2 and ISDN30 and will receive a credit for those lines, which will be applied against a bill account to be nominated by the Customer. The Customer will receive credits at the level appropriate to that Annual Rental Spend taking into account the Contract Period Rental Spend. The Contract Period applicable to the scheme is 12 months.

The terms applicable to this scheme are the Conditions for BT Access Credit Scheme (`the Conditions').

Rollover Contracts

Customers who commit to an Annual Rental Spend of £5000.00 or more and have 11 or more employees

These are contracts which will rollover to a Subsequent Contract Period (to which the Annual Rental Spend will apply) upon expiry of a Contract Period or Subsequent Contract Period unless the Customer ends the Contract between the sixth day before the end of a Contract Period or Subsequent Contract Period and the 28th day after the end of a Contract Period or a Subsequent Contract Period.

Non Rollover Contracts with an Annual Rental Spend of ?5000.00 or more will

(a) are not available for new supply with effect from 1 January 2012 andNon Rollover Contracts

(b)Customers willwho becommit withdrawnto from supply on 31 August 2012 andan theAnnual followingRental willSpend applyof from that date:£4999.99 or less

Thesei) Noare furthercontracts rentalwhich credits will benot paidrollover andto standard line rental rates will apply; anda Subsequent Contract Period at the end of the current Contract Period.

ii)At the Customer'send contractof forthe Accesscurrent CreditContract Scheme Period:will terminate on 31 August 2012.

a. BT will measure the Annual Rental Spend and apply reconciliation charges as appropriate.

b. Thereafter the following will apply:

i) the contract will continue until terminated by either party as detailed in the Conditions and

ii) the Subsequent Contract Period, Annual Rental Spend and reconciliation charge will no longer apply.

Contracts with an Annual Rental Spend of £4999.99 or less

(a) are not available for new supply with effect from 1 January 2012 and

(b) will be withdrawn from supply on 31 August 2012 and the following will apply from that date:

i) No further rental credits will be paid and standard line rental rates will apply; and

ii) the Customer's contract for Access Credit Scheme will terminate on 31 August 2012.

Reconciliation charge - Customers should note the reconciliation rules below, which apply if the Annual Rental Spend is not achieved.
