Part 21:BT Accumulate

DESCRIPTION

BT Accumulate is a pricing package which enables customers to consolidate call and rental spend for selected business services in order to benefit from a line rental discount. . This discount will be applied to the bill account(s) associated with the Customer's:

Business PSTN lines (12 month Minimum Period only); Business ISDN2e, ISDN2 and ISDN30 lines.

The level of discount applied will depend upon the Customer's Committed Spend.

DEFINITIONS

?Adjusted Committed Spend? means 90% of the Committed Spend

?Total?Eligible ContributoryLines Spend? means the totalCustomer?s ofBusiness thePSTN, ISDN2 Eligible Spend and ISDN30 line(s) included in the ContributoryInventory Spendand which are eligible for the BT Accumulate Discount

?Total Contributory Spend? means the total of the Eligible Spend and the Contributory Spend

"Standard Charges" means charges for Business PSTN, ISDN2e, ISDN2 or ISDN30 publishedas setin thisout inBT thePrice BT Price List.

ELIGIBILITY

BT Accumulate is only available to customers with 11 or more employees

BT Accumulate is available to all business customers provided that they:

(a) commit to a Committed Spend withinfrom one of the tierstable listed below; and

(b) have a contract with BT for at least one of the following business services:;

Business PSTN line (12 month Minimum Period only) ISDN2e, ISDN2 or ISDN30 line , and

(c) have 11 employees or more

CONTRIBUTORY SPEND

Spend which contributes towards achievement of the Committed Spend but is not eligible for the BT Accumulate Discount is:

1. Rental Spend (excluding VAT) on:

Notes:

1.The Total Contributory Spend for these call packages will contribute to the Committed Spend on BT Accumulate.

2. Where the Customer's mobile calls and / or rental spend is included in another calls and / or line package, that Mobile call and rental spend will not contribute to the Customer's Total Contributory Spend.

3. Includes spend on BT Business Plan, BT Customer Commitment and BT Premier Value to which non standard prices apply.

BT Accumulate Discount

The BT Accumulate discount to be applied depends upon the tierCommitted withinSpend whichselected by the Customer's Committed Spend lies, asand detailedwill below.be applied to the standard charges for the line rental for the Customer's Eligible Lines as detailed below:

The BT Accumulate Discount will be applied quarterly in arrears to the Customer's Business PSTN bill(s) and/or Business ISDN 2e, ISDN2 and ISDN 30 bill(s). The first quarterly bill raised after expiry of the first 3 months of the Contract Period will include the discount for the first 3 month period of the contract term. Thereafter the discount will be applied on a quarterly basis to subsequent quarterly bills.

For customers receiving monthly bills, the discount will be applied on a quarterly basis as above.

If a line that is eligible for discount is ceased during the term of the contract, any outstanding discount due will be applied to another line on the same billing account.

If the billing account associated with a ceased line has also been ceased then the outstanding discount will not be applied.

*The % discount will be applied to the standard charges for line rental as set out in the BT Price list and then the discounted line rental charge will be rounded down to the next whole penny.

BT Accumulate Discount

The BT Accumulate discount will be applied to the standard charges for the line rental for the Customer?s Eligible Lines as one of the following options; Net Rental Discount per Line or Single Quarterly Credit per Customer.

BT Accumulate - Net Rental Discount per Line

The BT Accumulate discount will be:

(a) Applied directly to the standard charges for the line rental for the Customer?s Eligible Lines and

(b) shown on the Customer?s bill(s) at the discounted line rental charge per line

BT Accumulate ? Single Quarterly Credit per Customer

For new customers only - BT will, if the Customers requests at the time of ordering BT Accumulate, provide the discount as a Single Quarterly Credit per Customer, as below.

The BT Accumulate discount will be:

(a) applied to the standard charges for the line rental for the Customer?s Eligible Lines and

(b) provided as an aggregated credit in arrears on a quarterly basis to the bill account nominated by the Customer

The first quarterly bill raised after expiry of the first 3 months of the Minimum Period will include the Single Quarterly Credit for the first 3 month period of the Minimum Period. Thereafter the credit will be applied to subsequent quarterly bills.

For customers receiving monthly bills, the Single Quarterly Credit will be applied on a quarterly basis only.

If the nominated billing account is ceased then BT will apply the Credit to another billing account associated with the Customer. If the Customer has no other accounts with BT, the Customer will not be entitled to any outstanding Credit.

Customers may not change from one BT Accumulate discount option to another during the Minimum Period or any Subsequent Minimum Period.

Existing Customers Only

Between 1 June 2012 and 31 August 2012 the following will apply:

Existing customers will receive the BT Accumulate Discount as the Net Rental Discount per Line.

Customers will receive on a subsequent Business PSTN bill(s) and/or Business , ISDN2 and ISDN 30 bill(s);

(a) a final quarterly credit to cover any outstanding BT Accumulate Discount due; and

(b) the Net Rental Discount per Line on their Eligible Lines.

Thereafter only the Net Rental Discount per Line will be applied and shown on subsequent bills.

RECONCILIATION CHARGES AND RULES

A reconciliation charge as detailed below will apply in the following circumstances:

1. Customer Does Not Achieve the Adjusted Committed Spend

On the Spend Measurement Date, BT will measure the Customer's Total Contributory Spend against the Adjusted Committed Spend. If the Total Contributory Spend is less than the Adjusted Committed Spend, the Customer will pay a reconciliation charge.

The reconciliation charge will be invoiced after the spend measurement date of the Contract against the Customer's nominated account.

2. Termination before the End of the ContractMinimum Period

Where the Customer terminates the Contract before the end of the ContractMinimum Period and before reaching the Adjusted Committed Spend due over the ContractMinimum Period, the Customer will pay a reconciliation charge.

This payment will be invoiced after cessation of the Contract against the Customer's nominated account.

Reconciliation Rules

The reconciliation charge will be the lower of:20% of the difference between the Adjusted Committed Spend due over the Minimum Period and the Total Contributory Spend.

a) 20% of the difference between the Adjusted Committed Spend due over the Minimum Period and the Total Contributory Spend; or.

b) A £25.00(Exc VAT) administration fee per line, plus a sum equal to the sum of all rental discount given under BT Accumulate between the Operational Service Date and Spend Measurement Date.

MIGRATION RULES

Customers may, during a ContractMinimum Period, apply for a move to:

(a) an equal or higher Committed Spend and provided that the Customer has achieved the pro-rata Adjusted Committed Spend, no reconciliation charge will apply; or

(b) a lower Committed Spend, however the reconciliation rules above will apply and a reconciliation charge may be payable.

In both (a) and (b) above the ContractMinimum Period will be superseded by a new ContractMinimum Period as follows:

(i) where the Customer migrates within the first 12 months of the initial 24 month Contract Period then a new Contract Period of 24 months will apply; or

(ii) the Customer migrates within the second 12 months of the initial 24 month Contract Period then a new Contract Period of 12 months will apply.

Spend under the superseded ContractMinimum Period will not count towards the Committed Spend for the new ContractMinimum Period.

(c) another BT package without incurring reconciliation charges provided that the Customer has achieved the pro-rata Adjusted Committed Spend under the BT Accumulate Contract and the contract for the new package has:

(i) an equivalent or greater initial ContractMinimum Period (24 months); Periodand (24 months); and

(ii) the same or greater Committed Spend; orand

(iii) all of the Lines in the BT Accumulate Inventory are transferred to the new Contract.

CONDITIONS

2. The services/lines included within the Inventory are provided on the applicable standard terms and conditions for those services/lines ("Standard Contracts") as amended by the BT Accumulate terms and conditions.

3. When signing the application form for BT Accumulate, customers must confirm:

(a) the Inventory to BT. The Inventory will contain details of the services/lines to be included in the schemepackage, including the eligible lines, calls and pricing packages of any Subsidiary; and

(b) the nominated account to which any reconciliationSingle chargeQuarterly willCredit beper applied.Customer and/or reconciliation charge will be applied.

4. The services/lines do not have to remain within the Inventory for the ContractMinimum Period Period however where they are withdrawn from the Inventory this may impact upon the Customer's ability to meet the Committed Spend and reconciliation charges may therefore become payable. If the Customer wishes to terminate the services/lines that are included within the Inventory, they must withdraw them from the Inventory and terminate in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Contract. Termination charges may be payable.

EXCLUSIONS

The following lines and services are excluded from BT Accumulate and spend on these services is not Eligible Spend or Contributory Spend.

Residential Lines and calls (including residential Broadband lines and calls) Service Provider Calls and Access lines; Payphone lines rented at the standard payphone line rate; Temporary Lines/Temporary Service Lines; Rented Card Phone Line; Lines not provided by BT; Payphone Lines rented at concessionary rates; ISDN Connect; Low Loss, BT Service Lines, Telepoint; Out of Area; Private Circuits, and Business Start up Lines.

BT Accumulate cannot be taken in conjunction with:

BT Access Credit Scheme

BT Business One Plan

BT Business Reward

BT Business Flex

BT Business Complete
