BT(a) who Customerrent Commitmenteligible applies to business Customers who rent eligible business lines from BT, or whose total call spend is only on BT Postpaid products (part of the BT Chargecard family of products* - See Note 1). Eligible business lines means business lines rented from BT by the Customer which are not one of the following: - Residential Lines; Service Provider Calls and Access lines; Payphone lines rented at the standard payphone line rate; Temporary Lines/Temporary Service Lines; Rented Card Phone Line; Lines not provided by BT. (b) whose total call spend is only on BT Postpaid products (part of the BT Chargecard family of products* - See Note 1). * Note 1 - Please note that new customers whose total call spend is only on BT Postpaid products (part of the BT Chargecard family of products) are not eligible for BT Customer Commitment. Existing customers will continue to receive the benefits of BT Customer Commitment but are no longer able to add new lines into the BT Customer Commitment inventory.
