1. Capitalised terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the relevant terms and conditions (set out in paragraph 7 below).
2. This bundle option is only available to Customers to whom BT, at its discretion, makes it available and who:
2.1 enter new contracts for each product ("Bundled Products") set out in paragraph 4; and
2.2 fulfil the eligibility criteria set out in paragraph 4.

3. The Offer 3.1 The Customer will pay BT the following charges for the Bundled Products:
3.1.1 the bundle price (set out in the table in paragraph 4) (the "Monthly Bundle Price");
3.1.2 the monthly PSTN line rental charge (set out in the table in paragraph 4) (the "PSTN Charge"); and
3.1.3 in the case of new customers, any applicable connection charges for the Bundled Products (as set out the relevant sections of the BT Price List (see paragraph 7 below));
3.2 The minimum period (set out in the table in paragraph 3) (the "Minimum Period") will apply to all Bundled Products, which will replace the minimum period that would otherwise have applied under the standard terms and conditions of any existing individual Bundled Products and will commence on the later service start date of any of the Bundled Products;
3.3 At the end of the Minimum Period, the charges will revert to the standard monthly charges applicable to the individual Bundled Products set out in the relevant sections of the BT Price List (see paragraph 7 below) and/or any applicable Charges Schedule.

4. Bundled Products 4.1 The table below provides details of the Bundled Products, Customer eligibility, the Monthly Bundle Price, the PSTN Charge and the Minimum Period.
4.2 Explanatory Note to the Customer: The PSTN Charge is separate to the Monthly Bundle Price. The total monthly charges for the bundle to be paid will be the Monthly Bundle Price plus the PSTN Charge (this does not include any initial connection charges, set out in paragraph 3.1.3 above).

5. Termination and Early Termination Charges
5.1 A Customer may terminate either of the Bundled Products in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of the relevant Bundled Product. Terminating one of the Bundled Products will not automatically end the contract for the other Bundled Product.
|
5.2 If a Customer ends its contract for any of the Bundled Products during the Minimum Period of this Offer:
5.2.1 BT will no longer provide the Bundled Product at the Monthly Bundle Price and the charges for any remaining Bundled Product will revert to the standard monthly rental/subscription charges applicable at that time as set out in the BT Price List and/or any applicable Charges Schedule; and
5.2.2 BT will charge any applicable early termination charges as set out in the applicable standard terms and conditions and if applicable, the Welcome Letter, for the Bundled Products.
5.2.3 BT will calculate any applicable early termination charges, other than with respect to the PSTN line, using the proportion of the Monthly Bundle Price attributed to the terminated Bundled Product, rather than the standard Bundled Product monthly rental/subscription charges.
5.2.4 The PSTN line will be subject to the standard early termination charges listed in section 1 part 2 of the BT price list.

5.3 Where the Customer informs BT that they wish to move the Bundled Products to a new Site:
5.3.1 the Bundled Products will continue to be eligible for the Monthly Bundle Price and PSTN Charge set out in the table in paragraph 4.1;
5.3.2 the Customer will not have to sign a new contract with a new Minimum Period for the Bundled Products; and
5.3.3 no Termination Charges will apply,
provided that the requested date for the restart at the new Site for each Bundled Product is within the same five Business Day period as the cease of service at the previous Site;

5.4 Where the requested date for the restart at the new Site for each Bundled Product is not within the same five Business Day period as the cease of Service at the previous Site:
5.4.1 the Bundled Products will continue to be provided and no Termination Charges will apply;
5.4.2 the Monthly Bundle Price and the PSTN Charge will cease to apply to the Bundled Products;
5.4.3 the charges that will apply to the Bundle Products will be the standard monthly charges applicable to the individual Bundled Products as set out in the relevant sections of the BT Price List; and
5.4.4 if the Customer wishes to receive a Monthly Bundle Price, the Customer must agree to a new bundle, which will be subject to a new minimum period, and BT reserves the right to amend the Monthly Bundle Price.

6. Calls and Lines Packages 6.1 Where a Bundled Product is included in the BT Business Complete or BT Business One Plan/Inclusive/Traditional/Traditional Inclusive/One Plan Plus/One Plan Inclusive Calls and Lines Packages:
a) the Bundled Products will not be eligible for any additional discounts associated with the Calls and Lines packages; and
b) the spend on the Monthly Bundle Price will contribute to any Committed Spend associated with the Calls and Lines packages.

5. Termination and Early Termination Charges 5.1 A Customer may terminate any of the Bundled Products in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of the relevant Bundled Product. Terminating one of the Bundled Products will not automatically end the contract for the other Bundled Products.

5.2 If a Customer ends its contract for any of the Bundled Products during the Minimum Period of this Offer:
5.2.1 BT will no longer provide the Bundled Product at the Monthly Bundle Price and the charges for any remaining Bundled Products will revert to the standard monthly rental/subscription charges applicable at that time as set out in the BT Price List and/or any applicable Charges Schedule; and
5.2.2 BT will charge any applicable early termination charges as set out in the applicable standard terms and conditions and if applicable, the Welcome Letter, for the Bundled Products.
5.2.3 BT will calculate any applicable early termination charges, other than with respect to the PSTN line, using the proportion of the Monthly Bundle Price attributed to the terminated Bundled Product, rather than the standard Bundled Product monthly rental/subscription charges.
5.2.4 The PSTN line will be subject to the standard early termination charges listed in section 1 part 2of the BT price list.

5.2.2 BT will charge any applicable early termination charges as set out in the applicable standard terms and conditions and if applicable, the Welcome Letter, for the Bundled Products.
5.2.3 BT will calculate any applicable early termination charges, other than with respect to the PSTN line, using the proportion of the Monthly Bundle Price attributed to the terminated Bundled Product, rather than the standard Bundled Product monthly rental/subscription charges.
5.2.4 The PSTN line will be subject to the standard early termination charges listed in section 1 part 2 of the BT price list.

5.3 Where the Customer informs BT that they wish to move the Bundled Products to a new Site:
5.3.1 the Bundled Products will continue to be eligible for the Monthly Bundle Price and PSTN Charge set out in the table in paragraph 4.1;
5.3.2 the Customer will not have to sign a new contract with a new Minimum Period for the Bundled Products; and
5.3.3 no Termination Charges will apply,
provided that the requested date for the restart at the new Site for each Bundled Product is within the same five Business Day period as the cease of service at the previous Site;

5.4 Where the requested date for the restart at the new Site for each Bundled Product is not within the same five Business Day period as the cease of Service at the previous Site:
5.4.1 the Bundled Products will continue to be provided and no Termination Charges will apply;
5.4.2 the Monthly Bundle Price and the PSTN Charge will cease to apply to the Bundled Products;
5.4.3 the charges that will apply to the Bundle Products will be the standard monthly charges applicable to the individual Bundled Products as set out in the relevant sections of the BT Price List; and
5.4.4 if the Customer wishes to receive a Monthly Bundle Price, the Customer must agree to a new bundle, which will be subject to a new minimum period, and BT reserves the right to amend the Monthly Bundle Price.

6. Calls and Lines Packages
6.1 No calls and line package other than BT Business Call Essentials can be taken with this offer.

7. Terms and Conditions 7.1 Except as expressly amended, BT's standard terms and conditions for the Bundled Products, together with the BT Price List and/or Charges Schedule will apply.
