Early Termination Charges

In accordance with clause 6.5 of the Conditions, the following will apply:

1. Termination of contracts with a Minimum Period of 12 Months.

If the Contract is terminated during the Minimum Period the Customer will pay any outstanding connection or other non-recurring charges and the full rental for the balance of the Minimum Period at the prevailing rental at the time of the termination.

2. Termination of contracts with a Minimum Period of 24 Months.

If the Contract is terminated during the Minimum Period, the following will apply:

(a) if the Contract is terminated within the first 12 months of the Minimum Period, the Customer will pay any outstanding connection or other non-recurring charges and the full rental for the first 12 months of the Minimum Period and 50% of the rental that would otherwise have been payable for the balance of the Minimum Period at the prevailing rental at the time of the termination.

(b) If the Contract is terminated after the first 12 months of the Minimum Period, the Customer will pay any outstanding connection or other non-recurring charges and 50% of the rental that would otherwise have been payable for the balance of the Minimum Period at the prevailing rental at the time of the termination.

1. The Customer will pay any outstanding connection or other non-recurring charges.

2. In accordance with clause 6.5 of the Conditions, the following will apply:

(a) Termination of User Feature Pack Licence with a Minimum Period of 12 months.

If a User Feature Pack Licence is terminated within its Minimum Period for any reason, the Customer will pay an early termination charge equal to the outstanding monthly rental charge due to the end of the Minimum Period of the terminated User Feature Pack Licence.

(b) Termination of User Feature Pack Licence with a Minimum Period of 24 months.

If a User Feature Pack Licence is terminated within its Minimum Period for any reason, the following will apply:

(i) if the User Feature Pack Licence is terminated within the first 12 months of the Minimum Period, the Customer will pay an early termination charge equal to the outstanding monthly rental charge due for the first 12 months of the Minimum Period, and 50% of the outstanding monthly rental charge due to the end of the Minimum Period of the terminated User Feature Pack Licence.

(ii) If the User Feature Pack Licence is terminated after the first 12 months, the Customer will pay an early termination charge equal to 50% of the outstanding monthly rental charge due to the end of the Minimum Period of the terminated User Feature Pack Licence.

Cancellation

If a Customer cancels an order (BT Cloud Voice Service and/or CPE), the Customer will pay a charge of £65 (exc VAT) unless notice of cancellation is received by BT before the CPE has been despatched, in which case the charge will be £25 (exc VAT).
