(i). Period in years for which the customer has continuously rented this model of payphone rounded up to next year.
(ii). The charge covers the cost of the payphone. LabourTimescale charges to be raised if customer requests replacement product installed by engineer on site. See Section 15, Part 8.
NB:When replacing a Payphone which has been damaged beyond repair, the replacement Payphone may be from new, refurbished or recovered stock as convenient.
VAT is not payable on charges for repairs and replacements to BT-owned equipment.
