Ofcom may introduce a change in regulation which will affect call charges to 0845 numbers. This may result in changes to Call Charges and other changes to terms and conditions.

0870 CHANGES |
CALL PAYMENTS AND CALL CHARGES FOR 0870 NUMBERS - IMPORTANT CHANGES IN 2009 |
(i) Subject to paragraph (ii) below, where calls are being made to the 0870 number(s) on and after the 1st February 2008, the Customer will continue to receive Call Payments, if applicable, at the rate in force prior to the 1st February 2008 and will not be required to pay call charges. |
(ii) Ofcom's implementation of a change in regulation on 1st August 2009 affects call charges to 0870 numbers. From this date, Call Payments are withdrawn and Call Charges apply. Other changes to terms and conditions apply. Please refer to the relevant sub parts of this Part for details. |
Reports and Controls |
(a)`Full Control' enables the Customer to modify their Call Plan, by adding and amending Advanced Features and Inline Services via our web-based tool. |
(b)`Simple Control' enables the Customer to modify their live Call Plan routing, by amending certain Advanced Features and Inline Services only, via our web-based tool. |
(c)`Rapid Reports' provide the Customer with graphical views of live Call handling in near real time, normally within 3 minutes of a call being made, available via our web-based tool. |
(d)`Enhanced Rawcall Data' provides the Customer with unaggregated detailed call record and billing information on their Service Number. Collated Midnight to Midnight, available either by:- CD-Rom posted - Weekly, Monthly; on-line download - daily via our web-based tool; or File transfer daily to customer server. `Inbound Analyst' is a PC software tool also available free to Enhanced Rawcall Data Customers to help view and analyse their call data. |
(e)Enhanced Information Statistics provides the Customer with aggregated call information in a series of set format reports on their Service Number. Collated daily, available either by:- Paper - Weekly; on-line download or graph summary - daily (within 24hrs) via our web-based tool. |
(f)DTN Changes via the Web allows the Customer to make changes to his deliver to numbers using our web-based tool. |
International Freefone and Universal Freefone Services |

There are no Connection or per Service Number charges for EIS via our web-based tool for International Freefone and Universal Freefone services-see below |
Enhanced Rawcall Data (ERD) Customers will be entitled to one set of ERD via the web free of charge per Contract regardless of whether they have committed to a CCV. |
For Customers that have committed to a CCV of 1 million or more will be entitled to two sets of ERD per Contract and if they require further ERD, appropriate charges will apply on a per Service Number basis, see charges below. |
Please note: BT Business Class is no longer available for new supply as of 7 December 2007. |
