Subpart 1:BT Business Mobile Extras

All charges are stated exclusive of VAT. The charges detailed in this BT Price List Entry apply to Contracts for BT Business Mobile Extras except as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

1. Definitions

"BBOS" means the BlackBerry Operating System details of which are set out in the Service Schedule.

(a) The Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Shared Minutes Extras applies in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge for BT Business Mobile Sharer applicable to the Primary Connection to which it is added. The Inclusive Minutes Allowance in Table 1 applies and is shared between the Primary Connection and its associated Secondary Connections. The Inclusive Minutes Allowance and the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

(b) The Minimum Term applicable to the Primary Connection to which the Shared Minutes Extra is applied will apply to the Shared Minutes Extra.

(c) Once the Shared Minutes Extra is added to a Primary Connection any removal of the Shared Minutes Extra from that Primary Connection during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Shared Minutes Extra due to the end of the Minimum Term. Where the Primary Connection is terminated:

  • (i) the Customer must designate an alternative Primary Connection and the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge for Shared Minutes Extra will apply to that new Primary Connection. If the Primary Connection was within its Minimum Term when terminated, the early termination charges applicable to the Connection will apply (as detailed in the Price List Entry for BT Business Mobile Sharer) however BT will not apply an early termination charge for Shared Minutes Extra on that terminated Connection; or
  • (ii) if the Customer does not designate an alternative Primary Connection, Shared Minutes Extra will cease to apply and BT will charge early termination charges equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Subscription for Shared Minutes Extra in addition to any early termination charges due on the Connection as set out in the Price List Entry for BT Business Mobile Sharer.

(d) Any Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to the Shared Minutes Extra which is unused will not roll over to the next month and will be lost on termination of the Shared Minutes Extra, the Primary Connection, the Service or the Contract.

(e) The Inclusive Minutes Allowance can be used as follows:

  • (i) Voice calls to other UK mobile users in the UK from a BT SIM Card;
  • (ii) Voice calls made within the UK: to UK fixed lines (01, 02, 03 and 07 numbers excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), to Republic of Ireland and EU.
  • An additional charge does not apply to these calls and they will not decrement any Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to:
  • BT Business Mobile Sharer

(f) The Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to the Shared Minutes Extra is addition to any other minutes allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection. Where a Connection has Shared Minutes Extra applied to it, the Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to the Shared Minutes Extra will be decremented before the inclusive minutes allowance applicable to BT Business Mobile Sharer. Where all inclusive minutes allowances are exhausted, usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List.

(g) Where Shared Minutes Extra is removed, calls will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List or as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

Note 2 - UK Helpline Extra*

*This may be referred to as UK Voice Helpline Extra in your Charges Schedule

(a) The Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to UK Helpline Extra is an additional charge and applies per Connection in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection* to which UK Helpline Extra is added. The Inclusive Minutes Allowance in Table 1 applies per Connection.* The Inclusive Minutes Allowance and the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

*For BT Business Mobile Sharer to each Primary and Secondary Connection.

(b) UK Helpline Extra does not have to be applied to all Connections.

(c) The Minimum Term applicable to the Connection to which the UK Helpline Extra is applied will apply to UK Helpline Extra.

(d) Once UK Helpline Extra is added to a Connection any removal of UK Helpline Extra from that Connection during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to UK Helpline Extra due to the end of the Minimum Term. Where a Connection is terminated within its Minimum Term the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to UK Helpline Extra will be included in any calculation of early termination charges.

(e) Usage in excess of the Inclusive Minutes Allowance will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List.

(f) Any Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to UK Helpline which is unused will not roll over to the next month and will be lost on termination of UK Helpline Extra, the Connection, the Service or the Contract.

(g) The Inclusive Minutes Allowance can be used as follows:

  • (i) Voice calls made within the UK from a BT SIM Card to any UK fixed line numbers commencing 0870 & 0845.
  • An additional charge does not apply to these calls and they will not decrement any Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to:
  • BT Business Mobile Sharer,
  • BT Business Mobile SIM Only,
  • BT Business Mobile Solo, or
  • BT Business Mobile Flex.

(h) Where UK Helpline Extra is removed, calls will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List or as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

Note 3 - UK Landline Extra*

*This may be referred to as UK Voice Landline Extra in your Charges Schedule

(a) The Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to UK Landline Extra is an additional charge and applies per Connection in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection* to which UK Landline Extra is added. The Inclusive Minutes Allowance in Table 1 applies per Connection.* The Inclusive Minutes Allowance and the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

*For BT Business Mobile Sharer to each Primary and Secondary Connection.

(b) UK Landline Extra does not have to be applied to all Connections.

(c) The Minimum Term applicable to the Connection to which the UK Landline Extra is applied will apply to UK Landline Extra.

(d) Once UK Landline Extra is added to a Connection any removal of UK Landline Extra from that Connection during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to UK Landline Extra due to the end of the Minimum Term. (e) Any Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to UK Landline Extra which is unused will not roll over to the next month and will be lost on termination of UK Landline Extra, the Connection, the Service or the Contract.

(f) The Inclusive Minutes Allowance can be used as follows:

  • (i) Voice calls made within the UK from a BT SIM Card to any UK fixed line numbers commencing with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).
  • An additional charge does not apply to these calls and they will not decrement any Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to:
  • BT Business Mobile Sharer,
  • BT Business Mobile SIM Only,
  • BT Business Mobile Solo, or
  • BT Business Mobile Flex.

(g) The UK Landline Extra Inclusive Minutes Allowance is in addition to any other minutes allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection. Where a Connection has UK Landline Extra applied to it, the Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to UK Landline Extra will be decremented before the inclusive minutes allowance applicable to BT Business Mobile Sharer, BT Business Mobile SIM Only, BT Business Mobile Solo or BT Business Mobile Flex. Where all inclusive minutes allowances are exhausted, usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List.

(h) Where UK Landline Extra is removed, calls will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List or as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

Note 4 - UK Closed User Group Extra*

*This may be referred to as UK Voice Closed User Group Extra in your Charges Schedule

(a) The Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to UK Closed User Group Extra is an additional charge and applies per Connection in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection* to which UK Closed User Group Extra is added. The Inclusive Minutes Allowance in Table 1 applies per Connection*. The Inclusive Minutes Allowance and the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

*For BT Business Mobile Sharer to each Primary and Secondary Connection.

(b) UK Closed User Group Extra must be applied to all Connections.

(c) The Minimum Term applicable to the Connection to which the UK Closed User Group Extra is applied will apply to UK Closed User Group Extra.

(d) Once UK Closed User Group Extra is added to a Connection any removal of UK Closed User Group Extra from that Connection during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to UK Closed User Group Extra due to the end of the Minimum Term. Where a Connection is terminated within its Minimum Term the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to UK Closed User Group Extra will be included in any calculation of early termination charges.

(e) Any Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to UK Closed User Group which is unused will not roll over to the next month and will be lost on termination of UK Closed User Group Extra, the Connection, the Service or the Contract.

(f) The Inclusive Minutes Allowance can be used as follows:

  • (i) Voice calls made within the UK from a BT SIM Card to 50 Customer nominated UK fixed line numbers commencing with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) provided under a contract between BT and the Customer and any other BT SIM Card the Connection for which has UK Closed User Group Extra applied.
  • The Customer is responsible for nominating the 50 UK fixed line numbers, these numbers can be updated during the Minimum Term.
  • An additional charge does not apply to these calls and they will not decrement any Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex.

(g) The UK Closed User Group Extra Inclusive Minutes Allowance is in addition to any other minutes allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection. Where a Connection has UK Closed User Group Extra applied to it, the Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to UK Closed User Group Extra will be decremented before the inclusive minutes allowance applicable to BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex. Where all inclusive minutes allowances are exhausted, usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List.

(h) Where UK Closed User Group Extra is removed, calls will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List or as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

*For BT Business Mobile Sharer to each Primary and Secondary Connection.

(b) UK Texts Extra 3000 Single does not have to be applied to all Connections.

(c) The Minimum Term applicable to the Connection to which UK Texts Extra 3000 Single is applied will apply to UK Texts Extra 3000 Single.

(d) Once UK Texts Extra 3000 Single is added to a Connection any removal of UK Texts Extra 3000 Single from that Connection during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to UK Texts Extra 3000 Single due to the end of the Minimum Term. Where a Connection is terminated within its Minimum Term the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to UK Texts Extra 3000 Single will be included in any calculation of early termination charges.

(e) Any Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to UK Texts Extra 3000 Single which is unused will not roll over to the next month and will be lost on termination of UK Texts Extra 3000 Single, the Connection, the Service or the Contract.

(f) The Inclusive Text Allowance can be used as follows:

Texts sent within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) from a BT SIM Card to other BT mobile users and other UK mobile users and excludes International Roaming and premium rate text.

An additional charge does not apply to these texts and they will not decrement any Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to:

BT Business Mobile Flex; or

BT Business Mobile Sharer.

(g) The UK Texts Extra 3000 Single Inclusive Text Allowance is in addition to any other text allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection. Where a Connection has UK Texts Extra 3000 Single applied to it, the Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to UK Texts Extra 3000 Single will be decremented before the Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex. Where all Inclusive Text Allowances are exhausted, usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List.

(h) Where UK Texts Extra 3000 Single is removed, text usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List or as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

Note 6 - UK Texts Extra 3000 Account

(a) The Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to UK Texts Extra 3000 Account is an additional charge and applies per Connection in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection* to which UK Texts Extra 3000 Account is added. The Inclusive Text Allowance in Table 2 applies per Connection.* The Inclusive Text Allowance and the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

*For BT Business Mobile Sharer to each Primary and Secondary Connection.

(b) UK Texts Extra 3000 Account must be applied to all Connections.*

(c) The Minimum Term applicable to the Connection to which UK Texts Extra 3000 Account is applied will apply to UK Texts Extra 3000 Account.

(d) Once UK Texts Extra 3000 Account is added to a Connection any removal of UK Texts Extra 3000 Account from that Connection during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to UK Texts Extra 3000 Account due to the end of the Minimum Term. Where a Connection is terminated within its Minimum Term the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to UK Texts Extra 3000 Account will be included in any calculation of early termination charges.

(e) Any Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to UK Texts Extra 3000 Account which is unused will not roll over to the next month and will be lost on termination of UK Texts Extra 3000 Account, the Connection, the Service or the Contract.

(f) The Inclusive Text Allowance can be used as follows:

Texts sent within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) from a BT SIM Card to other BT mobile users and other UK mobile users and excludes International Roaming and premium rate text.

An additional charge does not apply to these texts and they will not decrement any Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to:

BT Business Mobile Flex; or

BT Business Mobile Sharer.

(g) The UK Texts Extra 3000 Account Inclusive Text Allowance is in addition to any other text allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection. Where a Connection has UK Texts Extra 3000 Account applied to it, the Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to UK Texts Extra 3000 Account will be decremented before the Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex. Where all Inclusive Text Allowances are exhausted, usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List.

(h) Where UK Texts Extra 3000 Account is removed, text usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List or as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

Note 7 - Shared Text Extras (UK Texts Extra 1000 Shared, UK Texts Extra 2000 Shared and UK Texts Extra 5000 Shared)

(a) The Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Shared Text Extras is an additional charge and applies in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge for BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex, applicable to the Primary Connection to which it is added. The Inclusive Text Allowance in Table 2 is shared across that Connection (which is designated as the Primary Connection) and all other Connections.* The Inclusive Text Allowance and the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

(b) The Minimum Term applicable to the Primary Connection will apply to the Shared Text Extra.

(c) Once the Shared Text Extra is added to a Primary Connection any removal of the Shared Text Extra from that Primary Connection during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Shared Text Extra due to the end of the Minimum Term. Where the Primary Connection is terminated:

  • (i) the Customer must designate an alternative Primary Connection and the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge for Shared Text Extra will apply to that new Primary Connection. If the Primary Connection was within its Minimum Term when terminated, the early termination charges applicable to the Connection will apply (as detailed in the Price List Entry for BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex) however BT will not apply an early termination charge for Shared Text Extra on that terminated Connection; or
  • (ii) if the Customer does not designate an alternative Primary Connection, Shared Text Extra will cease to apply and BT will charge early termination charges equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Subscription for Shared Text Extra in addition to any early termination charges due on the Connection as set out in the Price List Entry for BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex.

(d) Any Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to the Shared Text Extra which is unused will not roll over to the next month and will be lost on termination of the Shared Text Extra, the Service or the Contract.

(e) The Inclusive Text Allowance can be used as follows:

Texts sent within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) from a BT SIM Card to other BT mobile users and other UK mobile users and excludes International Roaming and premium rate text.

An additional charge does not apply to these texts and they will not decrement any Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to:

BT Business Mobile Flex; or

BT Business Mobile Sharer.

(f) The Shared Text Extra Inclusive Text Allowance is in addition to any other text allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection. Where a Connection has Shared Text Extra applied to it, the Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to Shared Text Extra will be decremented before the Inclusive Text Allowance applicable to BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex. Where all Inclusive Text Allowances are exhausted, usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List.

(g) Where the Shared Text Extra is removed, text usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List or as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

Note 8 - UK Data Extras

(a) The Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the UK Data Extras is an additional charge and applies per Connection in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection* to which the UK Data Extra is added. The Inclusive Data Allowance in Table 3 applies per Connection.* The Inclusive Data Allowance and the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

*For BT Business Mobile Sharer to each Primary and Secondary Connection.

(b) The UK Data Extra does not have to be applied to all Connections.

(c) The Minimum Term applicable to the Connection to which the UK Data Extra is applied will apply to UK Data Extra.

(d) Once the UK Data Extra is added to a Connection any removal of the UK Data Extra from that Connection during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the UK Data Extra due to the end of the Minimum Term. Where a Connection is terminated within its Minimum Term the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the UK Data Extra will be included in any calculation of early termination charges.

(e) Any Inclusive Data Allowance applicable to the UK Data Extra which is unused will not roll over to the next month and will be lost on termination of the UK Data Extra, the Connection, the Service or the Contract.

(f) The Inclusive Data Allowance can be used as follows:

Data usage within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) using a BT SIM Card.

An additional charge does not apply to this data usage and they will not decrement any Inclusive Data Allowance applicable to:

BT Business Mobile SIM Only

BT Business Mobile Solo

BT Business Mobile Broadband

BT Business Mobile Flex; or

BT Business Mobile Sharer.

(g) The UK Data Extra Inclusive Data Allowance is in addition to any other data allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection. Where a Connection has UK Data Extra applied to it, the Inclusive Data Allowance applicable to UK Data Extra will be decremented before the Inclusive Data Allowance applicable to BT Business Mobile SIM Only, BT Business Mobile Solo, BT Business Mobile Broadband, BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex. Where all Inclusive Data Allowances are exhausted, usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List.

(h) Where the UK Data Extra is removed, data usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List or as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

Note 9 - Shared UK Data Extras

(a) The Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Shared UK Data Extra is an additional charge and applies in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge for BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex applicable to the Primary Connection to which it is added. The Inclusive Data Allowance in Table 3 is shared across that Connection (which is designated as the Primary Connection) and all other Connections.* The Inclusive Data Allowance and the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

*For BT Business Mobile Sharer this means Primary and Secondary Connections.

(b) The Minimum Term applicable to the Connection to which Shared UK Data Extra is applied will apply to the Shared UK Data Extra.

(c) Once the Shared UK Data Extra is added to a Primary Connection any removal of the Shared UK Data Extra from that Primary Connection during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Shared UK Data Extra due to the end of the Minimum Term. Where the Primary Connection is terminated:

  • (i) the Customer must designate an alternative Primary Connection and the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge for Shared UK Data Extra will apply to that new Primary Connection. If the Primary Connection was within its Minimum Term when terminated, the early termination charges applicable to the Connection will apply (as detailed in the Price List Entry for BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex) however BT will not apply an early termination charge for Shared UK Data Extra on that terminated Connection; or
  • (ii) if the Customer does not designate an alternative Primary Connection, Shared UK Data Extra will cease to apply and BT will charge early termination charges equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Subscription Charge for Shared UK Data Extra in addition to any early termination charges due on the Connection as set out in the Price List Entry for BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex.

(d) Any Inclusive Data Allowance applicable to the Shared UK Data Extra which is unused will not roll over to the next month and will be lost on termination of the Shared UK Data Extra, the Service or the Contract.

(e) The Inclusive Data Allowance can be used as follows:

Data usage within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) using a BT SIM Card.

An additional charge does not apply to this data usage and they will not decrement any Inclusive Data Allowance applicable to:

Where all Inclusive Data Allowances are exhausted, usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List.

(g) Where Shared UK Data Extra is removed, data usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List or as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

Note 10 - UK BlackBerry Services (BlackBerry Extra BIS 1GB*, BlackBerry Extra BESX 1GB** and BlackBerry Extra BES 3GB***)

Any other data, or data usage in excess of the Inclusive Data Allowance, will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List or as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT, unless the customer has taken a UK Data Extra as set out in Table 3.

An additional charge does not apply to this data and they will not decrement any Inclusive Data Allowance applicable to:

BT Business Mobile SIM Only

BT Business Mobile Solo

BT Business Mobile Flex; or

BT Business Mobile Sharer.

(g) The UK BlackBerry Service Inclusive Data Allowance is in addition to any other data allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection. The Inclusive Data Allowance applicable to the UK BlackBerry Service will be decremented before the Inclusive Data Allowance applicable to BT Business Mobile SIM Only, BT Business Mobile Solo, BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex. Where all Inclusive Data Allowance are exhausted, usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List.

(h) Where the UK BlackBerry Service is removed, data usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List or as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

(d) In addition to the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge, the Customer may be required where applicable to purchase the relevant Client Access License and BlackBerry Software to utilise the service. The Client Access License and BlackBerry Software are available from BT but the Customer can obtain these elsewhere.

Note 12 - UK BlackBerry Services (BlackBerry BES 12 Silver, BlackBerry BES 12 Gold, BES12 Silver iOS/Android/Windows Phone MDM & BES12 Gold iOS/Android SWS - Available from 15th of December 2014

(a) The Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the UK BlackBerry Service is an additional charge and applies per Connection in addition to the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection* to which the UK BlackBerry Service is added. The Additional Monthly Subscription Charge set out in Table 1 will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month. A data allowance is not included and the Customer will be charged for data in accordance with Part 6 unless the customer has taken a UK Data Extra as set out in Table 3.

(c) The Monthly Subscription Charge includes the license cost for the service, the Customer may be required where applicable to purchase the relevant License and BlackBerry Software to utilise the service. The License and BlackBerry Software are available from BT but the Customer can obtain these elsewhere.

Note 13 - Hardware Extra

(a) The Hardware Extra is an additional Monthly Subscription Charge applied to a Connection that subsequently can be used towards the charge for a new Device from BT Mobile under the Contract. The additional charge cannot be used to buy other products or services and is not refundable.

(b) The Hardware Extra can only be applied to a new Connection or an existing Connection the Contract for which has been re-signed and to which a new Minimum Term applies.

(c) The Hardware Extra will be subject to the Minimum Term applicable to the Connection to which the Hardware Extra is applied.

(d) Only one Hardware Extra can be applied per Connection.

(e) The additional Monthly Subscription Charge per Connection is detailed in the Charges Schedule.

These calls will not decrement any Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to:

(e) The Europe Voice Extra Discounted Minutes Allowance is in addition to any other minutes allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to the Connection. The Discounted Minutes Allowance applicable to Europe Voice Extra will be decremented before the Inclusive Minutes Allowance applicable to BT Business Mobile SIM Only, BT Business Mobile Solo, BT Business Mobile Sharer or BT Business Mobile Flex. (d) The Minimum Term applicable to Monthly Roaming BBOS - 90 Day is detailed in Table 5 above.

(e) Once Monthly Roaming BBOS - 90 Day is added to a Connection any removal of Monthly Roaming BBOS - 90 Day from that Connection during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to Monthly Roaming BBOS - 90 Day due to the end of the Minimum Term. Where a Connection is terminated within its Minimum Term the Additional Monthly Subscription Charge applicable to Monthly Roaming BBOS - 90 Day to the end of the Minimum Term in Table 5 will be included in any calculation of early termination charges.

(f) Monthly Roaming BBOS - 90 Day can be used as follows:

Data transmitted over the BlackBerry browser while roaming within the EU and ROW (excluding the UK) using a BT SIM Card.

An additional charge does not apply to this data usage and they will not decrement any inclusive data allowance applicable to:

BT Business Mobile Flex; or

BT Business Mobile Sharer.

(g) Where the BlackBerry browser is not used, the charges will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List.

(h) Where Monthly Roaming BBOS - 90 Day is removed, data usage will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10 b of the BT Price List or as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

(i) The Mobile Hotspot facility is not available when International Roaming on BlackBerry.

(b) Ireland Voice Extra does not have to be applied to all Connections.

3. Conditions

The BT Business Mobile Extras are provided under the Customer's Contract for:

As amended by this Part 4. The documents that make up the Customer's Contract for the above plans are:

  • (i) This BT Price List;
  • (ii) Conditions for BT Business Services (BT1130);
  • (iii) Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147);
  • (iv) The Welcome Letter where this states it forms part of the Contract or the Charges Schedule where one is provided; and
  • (v) The Annex to the Service Schedule (BT1147a) where the Customer's Contract includes a service or option listed in the Annex.
