Part 5:BT Signal Assist BT Signal Assist and BT Office Signal Assist

Subpart 1:BT Signal Assist and BT Office Signal Assist

This product is expected to be available from mid- August 2014.

All charges are stated exclusive of VAT. The charges detailed in this BT Price List Entry apply to BT Signal Assist and BT Office Signal Assist except as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

1. Definitions

The definitions are set out in the Conditions and Service Schedule - please see Paragraph 4 below for more information.

The following definitions also apply:

"Contract for Mobile Service" means the contract between the Customer and BT under which the Devices to which the Monthly Subscription Charge for BT Signal Assist and BT Office Signal Assist will be applied, are provided.

"Contract for Broadband Service" means the contract between the Customer and their Broadband supplier under which the broadband service is provided.

2. Minimum Period

BT Signal Assist and BT Office Signal Assist are subject to a is subject to: Minimum Period ofas 24 months unless payment is made up front for the Device. follows:

3. Charging Information

The charges applied to BT Signal Assist can following becharges foundapply into the ChargesBT Schedule.Signal Assist and BT Office Signal Assist. These charges apply other than where these are amended in the Charges Schedule.

(a) Devices ordered during the billing period will be charged on a pro rata basis until the end of the first month in which the Device was provided.

(b) Any usage charges incurred by the Customer when using BT Signal Assist will be charged as follows:

  • (i) for mobile usage - in accordance with the charges applicable to the Contract for Mobile Service.

  • An example for illustrative purposes only: a customer taking BT Signal Assist with BT Business Mobile Sharer will be charged for mobile usage in accordance with the charges applicable to BT Business Mobile Sharer.

  • (ii) for broadband usage - in accordance with the Customer's Contract for Broadband Service.

    *the charge for the BT Signal Assist and BT Office Signal Assist Service is applied on a per item of On Site Transmission Equipment basis, for example per Femto Cell, to which the BT Signal Assist or BT Office Signal Assist service is provided.

    Notes:

    (a) The recurring monthly charges for BT Signal Assist and BT Office Signal Assist will apply as follows:

    Where ordered during the billing period will be charged on a pro rata basis until the end of the first month in which the On Site Transmission Equipment was provided.

    (b) Any usage charges incurred by the Customer when using BT Signal Assist or BT Office Signal Assist will be charged as follows:

    • (i) for mobile usage - in accordance with the charges applicable to the Contract for BT Business Mobile Service.
    • An example for illustrative purposes only: a customer taking BT Signal Assist with BT Business Mobile Sharer will be charged for mobile usage in accordance with the charges applicable to BT Business Mobile Sharer.
    • (ii) for broadband usage - in accordance with the Customer's Contract for Broadband Service.

    4. Conditions

    BT Signal Assist and BT Office Signal Assistis are provided under the Contract for BT Business Mobile Service. The Contract for BT Business Mobile Service comprises:

    • (i) This BT Price List;
    • (ii) Conditions for BT Business Services (BT1130);
    • (iii) Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147); and
    • (iv) The Welcome Letter where this states it forms part of the Contract or the Charges Schedule where one is provided.

    The terms and conditions specific to BT Signal Assist and included in the Service Schedule (BT1147)BT willOffice apply.Signal Assist included in the Service Schedule (BT1147) will apply.

    (a) If the Customer terminates the Contract for Mobile Service, BT Signal Assist will BT automaticallyBusiness beMobile Service, terminatedBT Signal Assist and terminationBT Office Signal chargesAssist will automatically be payableterminated asand applicable.termination charges will be payable as applicable.

    5. Termination Charges

    Where the Customer terminates the Contract or the BT Signal Assist or BT Office Signal Assist during the Minimum Period, or BT terminates the Contract for breach, the Customer must pay an early termination charge equal to the outstanding monthly Monthlyrecurring Subscriptioncharges due for BT ChargeSignal dueAssist forand anyBT DevicesOffice activeSignal onAssist detailed in Table 2 above or the dateCharges Schedule to the end of termination to the end of the Minimum Period.

    Where the Customer has paid up front in full for the Device no termination charges apply. This will apply in addition to any other early termination charges applicable to the Contract.
