`Adjusted Spend Value' means 90% of the Spend Value.

`Spend Band' means the range of Spend Values.

`Spend Value' means the level of annual call spend (exc. VAT), to which the Customer agrees to achieve, as specified by the Customer on the Application Form.

`Eligible and Contributory Call Spend' means the PST call spend (exc. VAT) eligible for BT Premier Value Prices set out in the BT Price List which contributes to achieving the Spend Value. (See Table 1).

`Non-Eligible & Contributory Call Spend' means the VAT exclusive PST call spend, BT Featurenet call spend, BT Mobile Call Spend, BT Mobile Line Rental Spend, BBV Call Spend and BBV Call Spend not eligible for BT PremierConferencing ValueBT prices,MeetMe which(UK contributesand toGlobal) achievingbridge theaccess Spendspend, Value.Inbound (See& TableOutbound MeetMe 2).call charges not eligible for BT Premier Value prices, which contributes to achieving the Spend Value. (See Table 2).

`BT Featurenet Call Spend' means the level of call spend (exc. VAT), billed and at those prices set out by BT Featurenet.

`BT Mobile Call Spend' means the level of call spend (exc. VAT), including text and call related charges, billed and at those prices set out by BT Mobile.

`BT Mobile Line Rental Spend' means the level of mobile line rental spend (excluding VAT), billed and at those prices set out by BT Mobile.

`BT Mobile Spend' means the total figure of BT Mobile Call Spend and BT Mobile Line Rental Spend.

`BT Business Broadband Voice Call Spend (BBV Call Spend)' means spend (excluding VAT) on calls made using the BT Business Broadband Voice service chargeable at the pence per minute rates set out in the Customer's BT Business Broadband Voice Contract. This excludes spend on inclusive call packages and port rentals.

" BT Conferencing BT Meet Me Spend " means the total spend for bridge access, Inbound & Outbound MeetMe call charges (excluding VAT) at BT Conferencing Prices.

`Total Contributory Call Spend' means the total of Eligible & Contributory Call Spend and Non-Eligible and Contributory Call Spend.

`Operational Service Date' means the date specified by BT on the Application Form as the date by which it will have applied the BT Premier Value Prices to all the BT Premier Value PST lines detailed in the Inventory and commenced measurement of the agreed Spend Value.

`Spend Measurement Date' means the day and month specified by BT on the Application Form as the date in each year on which BT will measure the Spend Value against the Customer's Total Contributory Call Spend.

`Contract Period' means a period of 12 months commencing on the Operational Service Date or an anniversary of the Operational Service Date.
