BT Premier Value is a calls pricing package for Business Customers encompassing call spend across any combination of the following products; PSTN, ISDN, FeatureNet, Embark, Inbound, BT Mobile Services, BT Business Mobile Services, Broadband Voice and BT BusinessConferencing MobileBT ServicesMeet Me.

For specified call types the BT Premier Value Prices charged are dependent on the Customer's selected Spend Value. The Customer may include it's holding company and Subsidiaries (a holding of 51% or more) of the Customer. (For further definition of `Subsidiary' see standard Conditions for BT Premier Value).

Contract renewal - unless BT is notified by the Customer, the Contract will continue for a further Contract Period at the expiry of the Contract Period, in accordance with the terms of the original Contract.

Reconciliation - Customers should note Pricing Information below, which explains the circumstances which would lead to a reconciliation charge being raised if the Adjusted Spend Value is not achieved.
