1. The offer will be available from 14th April until 20th June 2015 to customers who sign up to a contract for New Infinity or New Broadband with a 24 month Minimum Period, using the Migration Authorisation Code (MAC) process and to who BT, at its discretion and by invitation only, make the offer available to.

2. The offer is available to all Customers who provide a MAC code at the point of sale. They must provide a MAC code to be eligible for the order.

3. New Infinity Broadband and New Broadband means one of the following Infinity Broadband options;

New Infinity Broadband

• - BT Business Infinity
• - BT Business Infinity Unlimited
• - BT Business Infinity Premium

New Broadband

• - BT Business Broadband
• - BT Business Broadband Unlimited
• - BT Business Broadband Premium

With a Minimum Period of 24 months.

4. Where the Customer orders a New Broadband or New Infinity Broadband, the rental charges applicable to that New Broadband or New Infinity Broadband will be zero rated for the first 6 months of the Minimum Period. At the end of the Minimum Period, the charges will revert to the standard rental charges applicable to the New Broadband or New Infinity option at that time as set out in the BT Price List and/or the Charges Schedule.

5. Connection charges will apply as set out in the Customer's contract for the New Broadband or New Infinity.

6. Except as expressly amended, BT's standard terms and conditions for BT Business Broadband, together with the BT Price List (Section 52Retail Broadband Services), will apply. See http://www.bt.com/terms under "broadband".

7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other BT offer, unless otherwise stated.

8. BT reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.
