1.1 Customers who sign a new BT Business Infinity contract for BTthe Businessfollowing Infinity,products BTmay Businessbe Infinityeligible Unlimitedfor ora BTgovernment Businessvoucher Infinitythat Premiumwill ("BTcontribute Businessto Infinity")the withconnection costsa Minimum Period of 24the monthsproduct may("Broadband beConnection eligible for a government voucher that will contribute to the connection costs of the product ("BT Infinity Voucher"). The scheme also applies to existing BT customers who re-grade to BT Business Infinity from one of the following BT Business Broadband products:

1.1 BT Business Infinity contract for BT Business Infinity, BT Business Infinity Unlimited or BT Business Infinity Premium ("BT Business Infinity") with a Minimum Period of 24 months. The scheme also applies to existing BT customers who re-grade to BT Business Infinity from one of the following BT Business Broadband products:

• BT Business Broadband
• BT Business Broadband Unlimited
• BT Business Broadband Premium
• BT Total Broadband Option 1
• BT Total Broadband Option 2
• BT Total Broadband Option 3
• BT Total Broadband Office
• BT Total Broadband Office unlimited
• BT Total Broadband Advance
• BT Total Broadband Advance Support

1.2 BTnet Line ("BTnet") with a Minimum Period of 1, 3 or 5 years

Eligibility

1.2 InCustomers addition to paragraph 1.1 above, customers must meet the following criteria:

(a) the Site where the broadband is to be installed is in an eligible postcode, as advised by BT;

(b) the Customer;

i) has between 1 and 249 employees;

ii) has a company turnover that does not exceed ?43m OR the company Balance Sheet does not exceed ?37m;

iii) has not already received government (Broadband Development UK) or other public sector funding to improve broadband connectivity for the Site where the connection is to be installed;

iv) is not a public sector organisation; and

v) has a connection speed which must exceed 30 mb.

1.3 For eligible customers BT will credit the value of the Broadband Connection Voucher against rental charges for BT Business Infinity voucheras against rental charges for BT Business Infinity as follows:

(a) BT Business Infinity - For customers who are taking the BT haveInfinity notproduct, the previously had a broadband connection with BT orBusiness anyInfinity otherrental providercharges will be discounted by ("New Provide Customers") the BT Business Infinity rental charges will be zero rated for the first 6 months of the Minimum Period.£5.00 per month for the 24 month Minimum Period.

(b)At For customers who re-graded from one of the BTend Businessof Broadbandthe productsMinimum setPeriod, outthe rental charges for BT Business Infinityin paragraph 1.1 above BT will discountrevert to the Bapplicable T Business Infinity monthly rental charges by [Price] foras setthe 24out month Minimumin Period.At the endBT ofPrice Listthe Minimumand/or Period, the rentalCharges charges for ScheduleBT Business Infinity will revert to the applicable monthly rental charges as set out in the BT Price List and/or the Charges Schedule

(b) BTnet - For customers who sign up to BTnet as set out in paragraph 1.2 above BT will discount the BTnet connection charges by up to £3000.00. Customers will be liable for the remainder of the connection charges.

1.4 For New Provide Customers, who signed a new contract for BT willBusiness alsoInfinity before 1st April 2015, BT will also, after the first 6 months of the Minimum Period, discount the BT Business Infinity monthly rental charge applicable at that time as set out in the BT Price List and/or Charges Schedule by £5.00 for the remainder of the Minimum Period. At the end of the Minimum Period the £5.00 discount will cease to apply and BT will charge the monthly rental charges for BT Business Infinity as set out in the BT Price List and/or the Charges Schedule.

1.5 BT will recover the value of the Broadband BTConnection Infinity Voucher direct through the Government Scheme.

1.6 The following are excluded from the scheme: residential, existing BT Business Broadband and BT Business Infinity customers who move premises (business movers) and BT Business Infinity on Demand.

1.7 The Broadband BTConnection Voucher Infinity Voucher cannot be used with any other offer, unless expressly stated.

1.8 BT reserves the right to amend or withdraw the BT Business Infinity - Broadband Connection Voucher Scheme at any time without notice.
