Product Description

BT Prime ISDN 30 (1003) products consist of bulk 30 channel ISDN using DASS 2 signalling.

The following will not be available to BT Prime ISDN 30 (1003) customers:

Temporary Service, Alternatively Routed Exchange Lines, Diverse Routing and Out of Area Exchange services.

The ISDN BY-Pass Number feature is no longer available for new supply and will be retired on the 31st July 2007.

Usage Charge

Calls between BT Prime ISDN 30 (1003), BT Prime ISDN 2 (1002), ISDN 30, ISDN 2 and exchange lines within the UK are charged at prices applicable to standard telephone calls. International voice calls are at standard International Direct Dialled rates.

Maintenance Charge

BT Prime Service Premium maintenance is included in the rental charge. For PrimeCare, see Part 1 of this Section

Direct Dialling in (DDI)

See Section Part 24

DDI charges will apply in addition to the Connection Charge, rental and usage charges listed in this Part.

For existing DDI installations, where analogue exchange lines are replaced by BT Prime ISDN 30 (1003) andno other changes are required (i.e. there is no removal or growth requirement and the existing DDI numbers do not require alteration), the DDI connection charges in Section , Part 24 do not apply.

Ancillary Charges

Charges for infrastructure over and above standard requirements are given in Section 45 Part 1 These charges include work on internal trunking & traywork; breaking through walls; additional poles, ducts and cables; radio charges and miscellaneous non-standard or specially requested items.
