A Multi-Line (ML) Line Appearance connects to Cisco phone type 794x, 796x (specific models are specified in the product description). These Multi-Line appearance phones can be provided as single line appearance, or in shared line configurations, where a line appears across many phones. Alternatively some line appearance buttons can be configured with speed dial numbers. These models have larger displays making them well suited to use with the BT Hosted IPT User Self-Care Web Access facility. |
An Executive Line Appearance connects to Cisco phone type 797x, and 7985 (specific models are specified in the product description). These Multi-Line appearance phones can be provided as single line appearance or in shared line configurations, such as manager / secretary, where a line appears across two phones, and with intercom. Alternatively some line appearance buttons can have speed dial numbers configured. |

The standard user interface is via IP Phone (the user interaction being via the LCD display and keypad) and is free of charge. Customer level Administrator Web based interface is provided per customer and is accessed via BTs GS Portal. The following charges apply to user interfaces. Users besides the Phone interface may optionally chose a Web based User Login. Administrators responsible for Users at a location or wide domain may be allocated with Web based Location Administrators or Web based Customer wide or Division wide accesses. |

Call charge rates for calls terminating outside of the customers network are charged as per BT Premier Value Band A. (See Business Customer Options, BT Commitment - BT Customer Commitment) with the exception that all local and national calls will be charged at the g21 chargeband rate. OnNet calls between the customer's sites will be carried over the customer data network without charge. |
Where customers have opted to deploy Hosted IPT - Cisco services in conjunction with Featurenet services to realise a single dual technology (TDM/IP) voice network, calls that originate from a customers Hosted IPT - Cisco site and terminate on a Featurenet site in the same customer network are to be considered OnNet and are carried without charge. |

Hosted IPT - Cisco call commitments are assessed against a customer's quarterly call spend on any call type made via the customer's Hosted IPT - Cisco service. Any shortfall is charged in full to a single account. This single account can be nominated by the customer. |
