1. Open to all UK businesses that order BT Business Broadband Voice when placing a new order or agreeing to a further minimum term for BT Business Total Broadband. | |||||||||||||||||||||

3. Conditions | |||||||||||||||||||||
3.1 Customers must have a BT PSTN line, order BT Business Broadband Voice and place an order or agree to a further minimum term for BT Business Total Broadband. | |||||||||||||||||||||
3.2 An outgoing call must be made using the first line: (a) within 90 days of placement of the order for the Services, and subsequently (b) at least every 90 days from the Service Start Date. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination, at BT's option, of the Service to the first line. | |||||||||||||||||||||
3.3 This will not apply where the first line of the BT Business Broadband Voice service is provided to any UK businesses ordering the BT Business Broadband Voice Plus product. | |||||||||||||||||||||
3.4 Eligible customers wishing to switch to a free BT Business Broadband Voice line from an existing chargeable first line will be charged for any remaining period of the chargeable first line minimum period. | |||||||||||||||||||||
3.5 Except as expressly stated, the standard terms and conditions for the relevant service will apply in addition to these terms and conditions. | |||||||||||||||||||||

Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged as an International call as below (except where the call is being made from a Business Broadband Voice line which has a Northern Ireland geographic number associated with it, in which case, the call will be charged at Inland call rates).
There is no facility fee for 3 Way calls and any Reminder calls are charged as a local call
Business Broadband Voice International Direct Dialled Calls
International Direct Dialled Calls to fixed phone numbers and mobile phone numbers (mobile includes other special and higher rate services phone numbers). Full details of the destinations and number ranges to which this applies are shown at Section 2Part 17.
Calls to International Direct Dialled (IDD) fixed phone numbers are capped. The applicable cap set up fees, fixed pence per minute rate, price cap and mobile pence per minute rate per country are as follows. Call prices are subject to the Capped Call Fair usage policy (Sub part 3 refers).

1. Capped call pricing
Capped Call prices will be calculated as follows:
The price of a call will be the Set-Up Charge plus the pence per minute rate specified, multiplied by the duration of the call in seconds, until the value of the call reaches the specified cap. The Capped Call price will apply until the call duration reaches 1 hour, after which the price of the call will equal the duration of the call less one hour multiplied by the pence per minute plus the Capped Call price from the first hour of the call.
Calls of any type for which there is no BT Business Broadband Voice rate specified will be charged at BT's standard prices: See Section 2Part 2Sub Part 1.

Where the Broadband Voice Telephone Adapter is provided with Business Broadband Voice it is included for the charge set out below, subject to the Minimum Period being increased from 3 months to 12 months and subject to BT's Conditions of Sale.

Business Broadband Voice Plus is:-
1. Subject to a fair usage policy. See Subpart 3, Conditions of this Part for more details.
2. Inclusive of a zero charge for up to one hour for all UK Local and National geographic Calls (applies to numbers beginning 01 and 02 excluding Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland) and Business Broadband Voice Calls to Broadband Voice Numbers.
After one hour all UK Local and National geographic Calls will be charged at the pence per minute rate for the remaining duration of the call.
3. Except to the extent expressly amended above, provided subject to all other charges (including any Special Offers and calls to Number Translation Service numbers 08XX) being applied in accordance with Business Broadband Voice (see i) above).

General Notes applying to BT Hosted VoIP
The Service includes 1571 for Business VoIP as part of the package. Further details on the functionality of 1571 for Business VoIP is available at www.bt.com/businessbroadbandvoice.
Early Contract Termination
For BT Hosted VoIP Contracts (those entered into with BT before 8th December 2008) the termination charges are 100% of the outstanding rental for the remainder of the Minimum Period.

General Notes
1. Customers must sign a new Contract with either a 1 year or 2 year Minimum Period.
2. Upon expiry of the 1st Minimum Period, the Contract will continue for subsequent Minimum Period(s) until such time as the Customer takes the action prescribed in the Service Schedule or terminates the Contract or Service in accordance with the Conditions.
3. Following the 1st Minimum Period, the monthly rental charge will be automatically re-aligned from the appropriate monthly rental for the 1st Minimum Period to the appropriate monthly rental for subsequent Minimum Periods (see above).
4. If the Customer notifies BT in accordance with the provisions of the Service Schedule that it does not want the Contract to continue for further Minimum Period(s), the provisions of paragraph 3 above will not apply or, if the provisions of paragraph 3 above have already been applied, the Customer will be charged from the date of such notification at the monthly rental applicable for the 1st Minimum Period.
5. During the appropriate Minimum Period(s), the monthly rental will include one geographic number (in area or out of area) per line. Outside of the Minimum Period geographic numbers will be charged at the rates set out above.
6. The Service includes BT Call Minder for Business VoIP as part of the package. Further details on the functionality of BT Call Minder for Business VoIP is available at www.bt.com/businessbroadbandvoice.
General Notes
*Geographic Number Portability Import enables the customer of an Other Licensed Operator (OLO), to transfer the number associated with their fixed telephony service from the OLO to BT. A telephone number which had previously been exported to the OLO from BT can also be imported

BT Hosted VoIP calls are charged at BT Business Broadband Voice tariffs, except where stated below.
International Direct Dialled Calls as BT Business Broadband Voice IDD.
Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged as an International call as above (except where the call is being made from a BT Hosted VoIP line which has a Northern Ireland geographic number associated with it, in which case, the call will be charged at Inland call rates.
There is no facility fee for 3 Way calls and any Reminder calls are charged as a local call

Additional Lines - BT Hosted VoIP
BT Hosted VoIP is limited to a maximum of 50 lines per group and is limited to a maximum of 8 lines per BT Business Broadband connection.
The first Hunt group and MADN are inclusive with BT Hosted VoIP service additional Hunt group and MADN's will be charged at standard rate thereafter.

Conditions
BT Hosted VoIP is not available to Customers wanting the service to be provided using a BT Versatility switch or BT Micro
Early Contract Termination
(i) For BT Hosted VoIP Contracts , the termination charges are:-
- During the first Minimum Period of a 1 year Minimum Period contract, the Customer would pay the total Monthly Payments (together with any Connection Charges) remaining for the Minimum Period.
- During the first Minimum Period of a 2 year Minimum Period contract, the Customer would pay the total Monthly Payments (together with any Connection Charges) remaining in year 1 of the Minimum Period and 20% of the total Monthly Payments (together with 100% of any Connection Charges)remaining in year 2.
- During subsequent Minimum Period(s) of both 1 year and 2 year Minimum Period contracts, the Customer would pay 20% of the total Monthly Payments (together with 100% of any Connection Charges)remaining for the Minimum Period.
ii) BT Hosted VoIP Plus fees are as BT Hosted VoIP fees with the following additional Call package option included in the line rental:

BT IP Trunk Pricing Information
BT IP Trunk
BT IP Trunk provides the facility to make or receive a call using a suitably enabled BT Business Broadband line and provides a means of connecting a customer's PBX to BT's VoIP network.
Each BT IP Trunk will support multiple channels, subject to the underlying data/broadband connection.
There are two BT IP Trunk packages, BT IP Trunk is available with and without Business One Plan:
i) BT IP Trunk
Installation and Set Up Charges (Charges are on any one occasion)
* When ordered for configuration on a new PBX which is to be supplied and installed by BT and when BT IP Trunk is provided as part of the PBX installation.
Monthly Payment
Customers will be charged a monthly rental charge for each BT IP Trunk channel, in addition to initial installation and set up charges. Additional charges will apply for data/broadband services and calls.
Expiry of Minimum Period
Upon expiry of the Minimum Period, the Customer will pay the monthly rental charge per channel applicable to contracts not subject to a Minimum Period prevailing at the time.

Conditions
Moving Premises
If, after the Service Start Date, the Customer moves to a new Site, the customer must terminate the contract unless BT confirms to the Customer that BT is able to provide the Service at the new Site. Early termination charges will apply on termination of the contract unless BT is unable to provide the Service at the new Site as a result of BT being unable to provide an equivalent number of channels at the new Site. If BT is able to provide the Service at the new Site, the Customer may elect to continue with the Contract in which event:
a) the Customer will continue to pay all charges (including rental and other recurring charges) up to, during and following the change-over period when the Service is transferred to the new Site.
b) the Customer will pay the installation and set-up charges applicable to a new BT IP PBX for provision of the Service at the new Site.
c) there will be no break to the Minimum Period which will continue unchanged.
Changes to customer requirements prior to the Service Start Date may result in a redesign of the Service which may affect delivery dates and charges.
Changes to facilities or features requested by the Customer following the Service Start Date may be subject to charges.
Early Contract Termination
In accordance with clause 6.3 of the Conditions, the following will apply:
1. Termination of contracts with a Minimum Period of 1 year.
If the Contract is terminated during the Minimum Period the Customer will pay any outstanding connection or other non-recurring charges and the full rental for the balance of the Minimum Period at the prevailing rental at the time of the termination.
2. Termination of contracts with a Minimum Period of 3 or 5 years.
If the Contract is terminated during the Minimum Period, the following will apply:
(a) if the Contract is terminated within the first 12 months of the Minimum Period, the customer will pay any outstanding connection or other non-recurring charges and the full rental for the first 12 months of the Minimum Period and 20% of the rental that would otherwise have been payable for the balance of the Minimum Period at the prevailing rental at the time of the termination.
(b) If the Contract is terminated after the first 12 months of the Minimum Period, the Customer will pay any outstanding connection or other non-recurring charges and 20% of the rental that would otherwise have been payable for the balance of the Minimum Period at the prevailing rental at the time of the termination.
Call Rounding
Call Charge Rounding - All calls are rounded up to the next half of a penny. Duration Rounding - Calls are rounded up to the next 15 seconds.
ii) BT IP Trunk with Business One Plan
Calls for BT IP Trunk with Business One Plan are charged as the customer's Business One Plan, except for the following:
- BT IP Trunk is not available with BT Business One Plan Traditional
- BT Business Broadband Voice Calls to Broadband Numbers are as BT Business Broadband Voice
- Capped rates for Local and National and F2M as BT IP Trunk Capped rates
- IDD which is charged at BT Business Broadband Voice IDD rates
- Call Charge Rounding - All calls are rounded up to the next half of a penny.
- Duration Rounding - Calls are rounded up to the next 15 seconds.
