- i) Business Broadband Voice, BT Office Communicator, BT Hosted VoIP and BT Hosted VOIPIP providesTrunk provide the facility to make or receive a phone call using a suitably enabled BT Business Broadband line in the UK.
- ii) Customers will be charged a monthly or quarterly fixed fee for the service. Additional charges are made for all calls.
- iii) For Business Broadband Voice Customers there are two pricing packages available, the standard Business Broadband Voice package and Business Broadband Voice Plus package.
- iv) Existing BT Hosted VoipVoIP customers who have a contract with BT Prior to 8th December (This product will no longer be available to new customers) will continue be charged, as appropriate at the standard Broadband Voice rate or the Business Voice Plus rate until their existing contract is terminated.

- (v) For BT Hosted VOIPVoIP (Enhanced) Customers (who will have contracted with BT on or after 8th December 2008) there are two pricing packages available, BT Hosted VOiPVoIP Standard & BT Hosted VOiPVoIP Plus.
- vi) For BT IP Trunk Customers there are two pricing packages available, the standard BT IP Trunk package and BT IP Trunk with Business One Plan.
