This special offer is available to eligible new and existing residential customers agreeing to a 12 month renewable contract on the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan between 16th March 2009 and 15th August 2009* (inclusive). * Now extended to 30th September 2009. |
Customers will only pay the discounted line rental, which has a monthly cost of £10.25(Incl. VAT) if paying by Direct Debit or monthly payment plan and the customer elects for paper-free billing. Otherwise add £1.50per month for payment processing fee levied by BT Payment Services Limited, a BT Group company, plus £1.25(Incl. VAT) without paper-free billing discount. Exclusions and conditions apply. Discount is via bill credit, which will be applied to the customer's next or subsequent bill and will appear under the Rental Charges section. |
At the end of each 12 month minimum period the contract will be automatically renewed for a further 12 month minimum period unless the customer tells us otherwise. We will write to the customer the month before the renewal date to remind them of this. Customers cannot downgrade during the minimum period or any renewable minimum period. |
If the customer decides to end the contract within the 12 month minimum term, they will incur a single charge of [Price] £7.50 (Inclfor each month left of the minimum term. VAT) for each month left of the minimum term. |

This special offer is available to customers with one of the following: - Unlimited Weekend Plan;
- Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan;
- Unlimited Anytime Plan;
- BT Local Calls Option;
- BT Working Together (for residential lines);
- BT Working Together Talk (for residential lines);
- BT In Contact Plus;
- Light User Scheme;
- BT Pay&Call or BT Basic.

Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below: - BT Local Calls Option, BT Working Together, BT Working Together Talk, Light User Scheme and InContact Plus are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this special offer will not be able to return to these packages.
- Customers may not upgrade to Unlimited Anytime Plan, within the 12 month initial minimum period or any renewal period, nor may they downgrade to Unlimited Weekend Plan.
- Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their initial minimum period or any renewal period.
- Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take the remaining initial minimum period or any renewal period with them.
- Customers who are still in term with any other offer are generally excluded from this special offer.
- At the end of each 12 month minimum period the contract will be automatically renewed for a further 12 month minimum period unless you tell us you do not want to continue. We will write to you nearer the time to remind you that the end of your initial minimum period or renewal period is approaching and letting you know what to do should you not wish to renew your contract.
