Part 3:Calling Plans - Unlimited Anytime Plan (Formerly known as BT Together Option 3)


Subpart 2:Unlimited Anytime Plan - Available for new supply on and from 10th July 2009

Unlimited Anytime Plan is an opt-in package that provides residential Customers with UK calls at all times at zero pence per minute for the first hour of each call (other conditions apply), plus further special pence per minute rates for most other inland and international calls. The Calling Plan, available on PSTN incorporates line rental for one line within the overall Calling Plan fee.

PC 2 UK has now been withdrawn.

Eligibility

The Calling Plan is available to all residential customers on a per account basis (where all lines on the account are at a single address) excluding customers who have:

(A)

- Light User Scheme

- BT In Contact Plus (including Limited Outgoing Calls customers)

- Business Lines (see note 1 below)

- Lines not provided by BT

- Public Payphone Lines

- Payphone Lines rented at the concessionary rate

- Out of Area Lines

- Exchange Lines provided at non served premises

- Service Provider Calls & Access

- BT Residential Official lines

- ISDN Lines

- Shared Service lines

- Telepoint

- Temporary lines

- Low Loss Lines

- Alarm lines

and:

(B) the following Calling Plans:

- Line Rental Plan

- Unlimited Weekend Plan

- BT Working Together

- BT Together - Local Calls Option

- BT Working Together - Talk (now withdrawn)

- Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan

For item (B) above customers may migrate from these discount options to Calling Plans without being held to term, and all fees paid in advance will be refunded on a pro-rata basis from the date of taking up Calling Plans.

NOTE 1: Customers converting from BT business to BT residential lines will only be eligible to take advantage of this Calling Plan 6 months after their conversion date.

PSTN Lines

Unlimited Anytime Plan is available for an inclusive fee of £45.52 exc. VAT per quarter (£52.35 inc. VAT). For customers who receive VAT inclusive quarterly bills the charge on the bill will be shown as three VAT inclusive monthly fees of £17.45 . The fee includes the following:

- Line Rental (for one line)

- The call prices specified in Tables 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4 and 5, which include a zero pence per minute charge for the first hour of each UK Geographic call except those to Internet Service Provider numbers (conditions apply)

- Unlimited Anytime Plan is also available to Customers with 2 or more PSTN lines on the same account: the pence per minute rates for Unlimited Anytime Plan apply on all lines on the account

- Customers will pay £32.60 exc. VAT (£37.50 inc. VAT) fee for the additional lines on the same account.

A payment processing fee is payable on each account for Customers who do not settle their accounts by Monthly Payment Plan or Direct Debit - see Section 15 Part 12 Subpart 3. The payment processing fee is levied by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of British Telecommunications plc.

If a customer agrees to replace a paper bill with an on-line bill, they will receive a discount of £1.25 inc VAT (£1.09 exc VAT) on their account for every month in which they spend at least £11.25 inc VAT ( £9.78 exc VAT) on rental charges, provided the bill is paid by direct debit or monthly payment plan. Customers will receive an email advising that their bill is available to view on-line.

The paper-free discount is available per account and to customers on Calling Plans, BT Together Local, BT Working Together and BT Working Together Talk. It is not currently available on BT Mobile or BT Fusion accounts. The discount is only applied on accounts where the customer has a total rental charges greater than or equal to £11.25 inc VAT (£9.78 exc VAT)per month, before any other discounts are applied e.g. special offers. One-off charges such as usage charges, brought forward amounts, payment processing fees and any other non rental charges do not count as rental charges. The discount is applied for rental charges in advance.

If the customer opts for both on-line billing and a paper copy they will not qualify for the discount. Additionally, if the customer changes the method by which they receive bills more than twice during any 12-month period, they will not be eligible for the discount. If this happens, the customer will need to continue with paper-free billing for a continuous period of 6 months before they receive the discount again.

Calls to Local Number Translation Service (NTS) (0X45) numbers will be charged at the Unlimited Anytime Plan Local NTS rates shown in Tables 2 (a) and 2 (b), .ie not all these calls are eligible for the zero pence per minute charge.

National NTS calls 0870 will be charged at the Unlimited Anytime Plan National NTS rates shown in Tables 2 (a) and 2 (b), .ie not all these calls are eligible for the zero pence per minute charge. National NTS numbers are those shown in Section 2 Part 13 of the BT Price List with a Categorisation for Customer Options of '4'.

Calls to identified Internet Service Providers using geographic numbers will be charged at the rates shown in Table 1b. A list of these numbers is available at bt.com.

Calls of any type for which there is no Calling Plans pence per minute rate specified will be charged at the specified rate (including Chargecard calls; Directory Enquiries - all numbers beginning with 118; 195 service and Operator Controlled Calls). Calls to the Channel Islands will be charged rates shown in Table 1b below.

Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged at the rates shown in Table 1a above. Calls from Northern Ireland to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland will be charged at the same rate as calls from the rest of the United Kingdom to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland.

Conditions

1. Service is provided under BT's terms & conditions for residential service as amended by the conditions below.

2. The zero pence per minute UK rates available within the Unlimited Anytime Plan are intended for voice calls only and apply to the first hour of the call (after which time the pence per minute prices specified in Table 1a will apply). BT reserves the right to charge the rates in Table 1b, for the full duration of the call where the call has been made, for example, the purpose of accessing the Internet.

3. BT reserves the right to withdraw the Unlimited Anytime Plan from a customer where use of this service, in BT's opinion, risks degradation of service levels to other customers and/or puts BT's network at risk.

4. BT reserves the right to withdraw the Unlimited Anytime Plan from a customer where this service is being used for purposes that, in BT's opinion, are not in keeping with those reasonably expected of a Residential customer. e.g. Telemarketing.
