Section 55:Personal (Residential) Customer Options

Part 3:Calling Plans - Unlimited Anytime Plan (Formerly known as BT Together Option 3)


Subpart 4:Unlimited Anytime Plan - UK Anytime Calls at no extra cost for 3 Months with a 12 month contract

This tariff is available from 1 April 2009 to eligible new and existing residential customers who agree to take the Unlimited Anytime Plan for a minimum period of 12 months.

The price of £11.25* inc VAT per month for the Unlimited Anytime Plan will be applied for the first 3 months of the minimum period, thereafter the full price, currently £16.20* per month will apply for the remainder of the minimum period.

The saving will be shown on the bill, under the Rental Charges section.

If the customer decides to end their contract within the 12 month minimum term or any renewal period, they will incur a single charge of £8.00 for each month left of the minimum term.

Eligibility:

This tariff is available to customers with one of the following:

  • Unlimited Weekend Plan
  • Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan
  • Unlimited Anytime Plan
  • BT Local Calls Option
  • BT Working Together Talk (for residential lines) (now withdrawn)
  • BT Working Together
  • BT In Contact Plus
  • Light User Scheme
  • BT Pay&Call: or
  • BT Basic

Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below:

  1. BT Together - Local Calls Option, BT Working Together, BT Working Together Talk, Light User Scheme and InContact Plus are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this tariff will not be able to return to these packages.
  2. Customers may not downgrade to Unlimited Weekend Plan or Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan within the minimum period.
  3. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their 12 month minimum period.
  4. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take any remaining minimum period with them.
  5. At the end of the minimum period, customers will remain on the Unlimited Anytime Plan and pay the current fee, of £16.20* per month. Customers wishing to move to a new option at the end of the minimum period of 12 months may do so by contacting BT.
  6. Customers who are still in term with some other residential offers or contracted tariffs are excluded from this tariff.
  7. BT reserves the right to withdraw this tariff at any time.
  8. All prices are subject to change.

* for customers who have paper-free billing otherwise add £1.25 inc. VAT per month.

If you do not pay by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan, you will be charged a payment processing fee of £1.50 per month or £4.50 for every three month period by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of BT. This fee is not subject to VAT. This fee will be deducted from any money paid before any payment is allocated against charges for your service. All amounts due which are not paid by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan will be collected by BT Payments Services Limited.
