General Condition 9.3* bans the automatic rollover of contracts for customers with 10 or less employees.

BT amended its contract for BT Business Complete on the 1st January 2012 as follows:

BT Business Complete contracts do not include the automatic rollover of the contract and therefore at the end of the Minimum Period no new Minimum Period will commence;

At the end of the Minimum Period until the contract is terminated by either party in accordance with the terms and conditions for BT Business Complete, the customer will continue to receive the benefits of BT Business Complete but no Committed Spend will apply.

These changes apply to all BT Business Complete contracts regardless of whether or not the customer has 10 or less employees.

*A General Condition is a regulatory condition that has been set by OFCOM and applies to all communications providers.
