Network Call Performance Reports

This service provides an interactive monthly report containing graphical analysis of customers' inbound and outbound calls. This service is only available via the website http://www.BT.Com.

Please note that if the Business PSTN, ISDN or Featureline service was connected after 30th June, 2007 this feature may not be available to you. Further information can be found by contacting 0800 328 2006 or emailing the helpdesk at ncphelpdesk@bt.com.

Customers registering for this service will be provided with a unique delivery I/D and PIN to access this information.

Network Call Analyst enables you to download your NCP report data as concatenated (summarised) at delivery id level.
