This notice is to advise customers that BT is amending the Conditions for Business Services (BT1130) - clauses 7.3 and 9.2. Please see the Terms of Agreement page at http://www.bt.com/terms for further information.

This will impact on customers for all services whose contract includes BT1130 conditions, including the following:

Mobile Services including Office Anywhere and BT Business Mobile Broadband

Business PSTN, ISDN, Featureline and Featureline Compact

BT Business Total Broadband and Infinity for Business

Embark and Featureline Corporate

BT Business Hosted VoIP

In addition BT will be amending the Conditions for the following services to address these amendments:

BT Business Plan

BT Customer Commitment

BT Premier Value

BT Accumulate

BT Access Credit Scheme

BT Exchange Line Credit Scheme

BT Business One Plan

BT Business Flex
