Subpart 1:International Call Connection (Station-to-Station Calls)

The operator connects the caller to an overseas number.

Eligibility

This service is available from ordinary lines and payphones in the UK for calls to most parts of the world as well as calls from the UK (not Northern Ireland) to the Republic of Ireland, and also including countries where International Direct Dialling (IDD) is not available. Calls can also be made to Inmarsat, European Mobile Satellite and Global Mobile Satellite numbers, but not from payphones.
NB - Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are Inland Calls and are shown in Section 39 of the BT Price List.

Pricing Information

Calls From Ordinary Residential and Business Lines (Except Calls to the Republic of Ireland)

The operator service charge is £4.991 excluding VAT (£5.99 including VAT) and is added to the call charge. Call charges are listed in Part 1 of this Section.

Calls From Ordinary Residential and Business Lines to the Republic of Ireland (Not From Northern Ireland)

The operator service charge is £4.991 excluding VAT (£5.99 including VAT) and is added to the call charge. Call charges are listed in Part 1 of this Section.

Calls From Payphones

The operator service charge is £2.583 excluding VAT ( £3.10 including VAT) and is added to the call charge. Call charges are listed in Part 1 of this Section.
There is no charge if the call cannot be connected.
