This tariff allows customers selecting a 12 month contract on Unlimited Anytime Plan to benefit from a discount of per month £1.00 (Including VAT) from the Unlimited Anytime Plan monthly fee the for an initial minimum period of 12 months. |

We will apply monthly credits of £1.00 (Including VAT) to the customer's bill in the Rental Charges section. |
Customers taking this tariff must remain on Unlimited Anytime Plan for the initial minimum period of 12 months from the date of sign up. |
If the customer decides to end their contract within the 12 month minimum term, they will incur a single charge of [Price] £6.75 (not subject to VAT) for each month left of the minimum term. |

Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Service and the additional conditions set out below: |
1.BT Together - Local Calls Option and BT Working Together are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this tariff will not be able to return to these packages. |
2. Customers may not downgrade to Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan or Unlimited Weekend Plan, within the 12 month initial minimum period or any renewal period. |
3. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their 12 month initial minimum period or any renewal period. |
4. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take any remaining initial minimum period with them. |
5. At the end of the initial minimum period of 12 months or any contract period, customers wishing to move to a new option may do so by contacting BT. |
6. Customers who are still in term with some other residential offers are excluded from this special offer. |
7. BT reserves the right to withdraw this tariff at any time. |
8. All prices are subject to change. |
9. At the end of the 12 month initial minimum period the customer will remain and pay full price for Unlimited Anytime Plan. |

If you do not pay by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan you will be charged a payment processing fee of £2.00 per month or £6.00 for every three month period by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of BT. This fee is not subject to VAT. This fee will be deducted from any money paid before any payment is allocated against charges for your service. You will not be charged a payment processing fee if you are a BT Pay&Call (BT Pay&Call was withdrawn on 31st December 2009) or BT Basic customer. All amounts due which are not paid by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan will be collected by BT Payment Services Limited. |
The £1.00 (Including VAT) Paper-free billing discount is only available to customers paying by Direct Debit or the Monthly Payment Plan and who spend at least £14.60 (Including VAT) on rental charges. Not all of our services are available for Paper-free billing. |
