The fee for the option is £4.00 (Exc VAT)/£4.80 (Inc VAT) per quarter. For customers who receive VAT inclusive quarterly bills the charges on the bill will be shown as three VAT inclusive monthly fees of £1.60.The call prices for calls to mobiles are shown in Table 1. .

Customers with 2 or more PSTN lines on the same account will be able to take the option: they will receive the Friends & Family Mobile rate on all lines.

Friends & Family Mobile call prices will not apply to International 64k data calls which will be charged at rates in Section 2 Part Part 25:, where applicable.

BT reserves the right to withdraw Friends & Family Mobile from any customers where they are using the service in a manner that, in BT's opinion, is not in keeping with those reasonably expected of a Residential customer.
