Offer Period

1. The Offer will be available from 1 October 2015 to 18 December 2015 ("Offer Period") to customers who fulfil the eligibility criteria set out in paragraph 4 below.

2. Except as expressly amended, the standard terms and conditions for BT Business Broadband or BT Business Infinity and BT Cloud Voice at http://www.bt.com/terms will apply, together with Section 52, Part 6 (Broadband) and Section 56, Part 18, Subpart 9 ( BT Cloud Voice) of the BT Price List .

3. The following additional terms will apply to this Offer:

4. The Offer will be available at BT's discretion and by invitation only to Broadband and Infinity Customers who, during the Offer Period:

(a) sign up to a new contract for BT Cloud Voice with a Minimum period of 24 months ,and:

(b) either

• i) sign up to a new Broadband or Infinity connection with a Minimum Period of 24 months; or
• ii) resign an existing Broadband or Infinity connection (originally subject to a Minimum Period of 24 months ), within the final 3 months of that Minimum Period.

5. Broadband or Infinity includes the following options:

a) BT Business Broadband

b) BT Business Broadband Unlimited

c) BT Business Broadband Premium

d) BT Business Infinity

e) BT Business Infinity Unlimited

f) BT Business Infinity Premium

6. BT Cloud Voice includes the following options:

a) BT Cloud Voice Basic

b) BT Cloud Voice Connect

c) BT Cloud Voice Collaborate

7. Customers must sign up to both a Broadband (or Infinity) connection and to BT Cloud Voice to be eligible for the Offer.

8. The following Customers are not eligible for this offer:

a) Customers transferring from a residential to a business contract.

The Offer

9. BT will provide :

(a) the Broadband line rental at no charge for the first three months of the Minimum Period, after which time, standard broadband line rental charges will apply as set out in the BT Price List; and

(b) a discount off the BT Cloud Voice connection charge in the sum of £100.00.

10. All other charges, including but not limited to connection charges, for Broadband and BT Cloud Voice will be as set out in the contract for that product.

11. This Offer cannot be used together with any other BT offer, unless specifically stated.

12. BT may withdraw or amend this Offer at any time without notice.
