| Conditions | | BT's Terms & Conditions for Business Service or BT's terms and conditions for residential service as appropriate apply. | The operator-service charge is charged at the booking stage and is not refundable unless the call is cancelled more than 3 hours before the connection time. | If a customer books an Alarm Call to be received on a Broadband line, BT cannot guarantee delivery if their Broadband connection fails, as this may mean the Broadband Talk service could cease to function, due to e.g. a power cut, or network failure. |
