Caller Display is currently available as an opt-in rented service as part of the BT Calling Features pack offerings. However, it willcan also be be provided on free of charge when customers order it as part of the BT Privacy At Home package.a rental basis when customers order it as part of the BT Privacy At Home package. |
In addition to free Caller Display, BT can also register existing BT Customers for the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). |

Additional Information | | The Caller Display service allows the called party to see the phone number of their incoming calls as the phone rings enabling them to screen their calls. | In order to use Caller Display, customers must have a Caller Display unit or telephone apparatus with Caller Display facility.
| The Telephone Preference Service is a scheme administered by the Direct Marketing Association. A customer registered on TPS should not receive unsolicited direct marketing or sales calls once registration has become effective. This normally takes about 28 days.
