Friends & Family International is an opt-in package which provides special low pence per minute rates for international
calls to all direct dialled destinations. It is available only to residential customers with a Calling Plan in this Section.
The option, available on PSTN lines, is charged on a per account basis. The fee is additive to the relevant Calling Plan
fee.
Eligibility
The option is available on a per account basis (where all lines on the account are at a single address) to all residential
customers with one of the following Calling Plans in this Section: Unlimited Weekend Calls, Unlimited Evening &
Weekend Calls, Unlimited Anytime Calls, Unlimited Weekend Plan, Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan, Unlimited
Anytime Plan, Unlimited Anytime Plan Plus, BT Together - Local Calls Option and BT Working Together excluding
customers who have:

Pricing Information
PSTN
The fee for the option is £3.45 inc. VAT per quarter . The call prices for calls to fixed lines and to
mobiles in each country are shown in Table 1.
The prices in Table 1 for calls to mobiles apply only for mobiles based in the country shown (for number ranges see
Section 2 Part 17). They do not apply to mobiles from other countries (including the UK) which may be operating on a
roaming basis. Calls to UK Mobiles abroad are charged at the mobile rate applicable to the calling plan the customer is
on.
Customers with 2 or more PSTN lines on the same account will be able to take the option: they will receive the Friends
& Family International rate for all countries on all lines.
The price for calls to fixed lines in the Republic of Ireland does not apply for Customers in Northern Ireland as calls
from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged at the appropriate BT Calling Plan option rates for Local
and National calls. The price for calls to mobile telephones in the Republic of Ireland applies to all customers with this
option.
Friends & Family International call prices will not apply to International 64k data calls which will be charged at
Standard rates.
Friends & Family International call prices will not apply to calls made via Broadband Talk.
A Call Set-up Fee of 14.76 pence (inc. VAT.) per call will be charged for all calls to the countries shown in the table
above
Conditions
1. Service is provided under BT's terms & conditions for residential service as amended by the conditions below.
2. The Eligibility criteria, prices and Terms and Conditions of the Calling Plans with which the Friends & Family
International is associated on an account will remain in force except as modified by the above.
