This tariff is available to eligible new and existing residential customers who agree to take Friends & Family Mobile for an initial minimum period of 12 months, and any 12 month contract period, in combination with Unlimited Weekend Plan or Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan. It allows customers the benefit of Friends & Family & Family Mobile at no extra cost per month for the minimum period, and any 12 month contract period, thereafter the full price, currently £1.70 VAT per VAT per month, shall apply. |
The saving will be shown on the bill under the Promotions Discounts heading. Customers taking this product must remain on their chosen Calling Plan for 12 months from the date of purchase. |
If the customer decides to end their contract within the 12 month minimum term or any renewal period, they will incur a single charge for each month left of the minimum term. This monthly charge will be £2.50 for customers on the Unlimited Weekend plan, £3.00 for customers on the Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan and £5.50 for customers on the Unlimited Anytime plan. |

Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below: |
1. BT Together - Local Calls Option and BT Working Together are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this tariff will not be able to return to these packages. |
2. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their minimum period. |
3. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take the remaining period of the minimum period with them. |
4. At the end of the minimum period,or any 12 month renewal period, customers will remain on Friends & Family Mobile and pay the normal fee, currently £1.70(inc VAT) per month. Customers wishing to move to a new option at the end of the minimum period, or any 12 month renewal period, may do so by contacting BT. |
5. Customers who are still in term with some other residential offers or contracted tariffs are excluded from this tariff. |
6. BT reserves the right to withdraw this tariff at any time. |
