Anytime Plan

The Anytime Plan is only available to those customers who choose to pay for chargeable calls in arrears. It is not available to those customers who choose to pay for these calls using the pre payment account.

Existing BT Broadband Talk Evening and Weekend Plan customers may upgrade to the Anytime Plan at no charge.

Customers who have a standalone Broadband Talk account and choose not to settle the bill by either Monthly Payment Plan or Direct debit, will incur a payment processing fee, which is detailed in Section 15Part 12sub part3. However, the fee will not be raised on BT Broadband Talk standalone accounts which were either set up prior to 1 May 2007 or where Broadband Talk is available free of charge with BT Total Broadband. The payment processing fee is levied by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of British Telecommunications plc.

Calls

BT Broadband Talk calls (except international and the exceptions below) are charged the same as Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan call charges for the Evening and Weekend Plan and Unlimited Anytime Plan call charges for the Anytime Plan, including BT Broadband Talk calls to other BT Broadband Talk numbers. BT Broadband Talk calls to non BT Broadband Talk 055 and 056 numbers will be charged as Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan and Unlimited Anytime Plan call charges, as appropriate. Please see Parts 9 and 10 in this Section.

BT Broadband Talk customers with 055 and 056 numbers

Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged as an International call, as per the rates in the International Calls table below.

BT Broadband Talk customers in Northern Ireland with Geographic numbers

Local and National calls from Northern Ireland to fixed lines in the Republic of Ireland are charged as a BT Broadband Talk UK Calls (Local and National), as per the rates in the calls tables below.

Calls from Northern Ireland to Republic of Ireland Mobiles are charged as an International Mobile call, as per the rates in the International Mobile Calls table below.

Calls to the speaking clock are free of charges, there is no facility fee for 3 Way calls and any Reminder calls are charged as a local call.

Calls to Local Number Translation Service (NTS) (0X45) numbers will be charged at the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan and Unlimited Anytime Plan local call rates shown in the relevant Tables 2(a) and 2 (b), i.e. not all these calls are eligible for the zero pence per minute charge (see Parts 9 and 10 within this Section).

Calls of any type for which there is no Calling Plan pence per minute rate specified will be charged at the standard rate (please see `Restrictions' later in this Part). Calls to the Channel Islands will be charged at rates shown in Table 1b of Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan and Unlimited Anytime Plan (see Parts 9 and 10 within this Section).

The fees include VAT rounded up to the nearest penny.
