MegaStream 1, 8 and 622 services have not been available for new supply for some years. From 1st December 2021 all remaining MegaStream services (that is MegaStream 2, 34, 45 and 155), together with associated variants including Genus will not be available for new supply either. Existing Customers of any MegaStream services can continue to rent current circuits at the prevailing rental charge until ceased or services are fully withdrawn from service which is currently expected to be 30th November 2025. After services are withdrawn from new supply no new circuits can be provided and existing circuits cannot be externally shifted or upgraded within the MegaStream product set. From 1st December 2020 until 1st December 2021 the new supply of MegaStream 2, 34, 45 and 155 and associated variants or features of these services are subject to the availability of sufficient spare capacity within the local network infrastructure. | MegaStream services provide dedicated point to point digital links for a customer?s exclusive use at bandwidths of 1,2, 8,34,45,155 or 622 Mbit/s.
