BT Business Hub | | New customers of BT Business Broadband will be provided with a BT Business Broadband Hub free of charge [exception: a one off charge of £100.00 applies if the customer orders BT Business Broadband Wires Only]. Where an existing BT Business Broadband Customer requires a new BT Business Broadband Hub, and depending upon the BT Business Broadband Service the Customer orders, the Customer may incur a one off charge of £100.00. A one off £8.50 charge applies to all BT Business Broadband Hub delivery. |

4G Assure | | Where the Customer selects 4G Assure as a Service Option to their BT Business Broadband service, a 24 month Minimum Period of Service will apply. 4G Assure Recurring Charge per month: £8.00 This charge does not apply if customer ordered: Broadband Premium, Infinity Premium, Broadband Enhanced, Fibre Enhanced, Superfast Enhanced, Ultrafast 1 Enhanced and Ultrafast 2 Enhanced. The Customer will pay a ?8 monthly charge for all remaining months of the 4G Assure 24 Month Minimum Period of Service if the Customer?s Broadband Service terminates, for whatever reason , within the 4G Assure 24 Minimum Period of Service. The above will not apply if the Customer?s BT Business Broadband service is terminated due to the service not meeting BT?s minimum guaranteed access line speed provided at point of sale [see terms and conditions]. |

Usage charges | | If the Customer exceeds the usage limit for their BT Business Broadband option, BT will charge the Customer a monthly additional usage charge, as set out in the tables below.

Excess Construction and Distance Based Charges | | (a) The excess construction charges referred to in the BT Business Broadband Schedule to the General Terms will be calculated by reference to Section 45 of the BT Price List. | (b) The distance based charges referred to in the BT Business Broadband Schedule to the General Terms will be calculated by reference to the table below. |

Fault Attendance Charges | | The charge referred to in the BT Business Broadband Schedule to the General Terms is £245.
Additional charges may apply if BT agrees to work outside the hours of 8am to 5pm, and for any replacement parts that may need to be provided.

Abortive Visit Charge | | The abortive visit charge referred to in the BT Business Broadband Schedule to the General Terms is set out in Section 15, Part 8 of the BT Price List. |

BT Device Protection | | If you have ordered BT Business Broadband Premium, Infinity Premium, Broadband Enhanced, Superfast Enhanced, Ultrafast 1 Enhanced or Ultrafast 2 Enhanced, BT will provide you with a BT Business Apps voucher entitlement for one licence of BT Device Protection by Symantec. If redeemed and following expiry of any voucher entitlement period standard monthly charges for the service will then apply. Enhanced IT Support | | All Broadband Enhanced, Superfast Enhanced, Ultrafast 1 Enhanced or Ultrafast 2 Enhanced Customers will be provided with one licence of Inclusive Enhanced IT Support. Late Payment Charge | | Charges for late payment, including any charges for dishonoured payments, are set out in Section 15 of the BT Price List. |

Re-grade charge | | Depending upon the service option the Customer wishes to re-grade to, the Customer may be eligible to re-grade between BT Business broadband services subject to: (a) committing to a new Minimum Period of Service for the service the Customer wishes to re-grade to; and
(b) payment of a charge of £75may apply when changing technology or moving to a lower tier product. |

Cease Charge | | If the Customer ceases the Service, the Customer will pay a charge of £18.00. |

Cancellation Charges | | If the Customer cancels the Contract or the Service at any time before the Service Start Date, the Customer may have to pay: (a) a cancellation charge of £15; (b) an abortive visit charge (if applicable); (c) excess construction charges (if applicable and which will include Traffic Management Act permit charges if relevant) ; (d) distance based charges (if applicable); and (e) any other charges as set out in the Customer?s Contract for their BT Broadband Service. |

Early Termination Charges | | If the Customer terminates the Contract or Service during any Minimum Period of service, the Customer may have to pay Termination Charges which are set out in the Customer?s Contract for their BT Business Broadband Service.
