Subpart 1:BT Business Mobile Solo

All charges are stated exclusive of VAT. The charges detailed in this BT Price List Entry apply to Contracts for BT Business Mobile Solo except as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

(a) any connect,GSM continueGateway; connection or knowingly allow any third party to connect or continue the connection of:

  • (b) any device used to forward or divert calls, texts or data with the intention of reducing charges for that call, text or data; or (i) any GSM Gateway;

  • (ii(c) any anyBT deviceSIM Cardused toused forward or divert calls, texts or data with an applicationthe intentionenabling of reducing the chargesmaking applicableof automatedto thecalls Contract;and sending of automated data and texts,

    to the Network. Where BT reasonably believes that thea GSMCustomer Gateway or such a device is beingin usedbreach, ofthe thisCustomer will provide, at BT's request, details of the meansCustomer bywill whichprovide, texts and dataat is sent or calls made and BT' may suspends orrequest, terminatedetails ofthe Service in accordance with the Contract.means by which text and data is sent or calls made.

    "GSM Gateway" means a single point of access to the Network from another network using BT SIM Cards and/or any facility enabling the making of automated calls and the sending of automated data and texts using BT SIM Cards and BT may suspend or terminate the Service in accordance with the Contract.

    1. Definitions

    The definitions are set out in the Conditions and Service Schedule - please see Paragraph 6 below for more information.

    2. Minimum Period and Minimum Term

    The following Minimum Period and Minimum Term applies to BT Business Mobile Solo, other than where a different Minimum Period and Minimum Term is stated in the Charges Schedule:

    3. Charging Information

    Note 1 - Call, Texts and Data charges

    Calls, Texts and Data:

    (a) in excess of any inclusive allowance; or

    (b) which are not included in an inclusive allowance,

    will be charged in accordance with Part 6 of Section 10b of the BT Price List.

    *Where there is more than one Monthly Subscription Charge on a BT Business Mobile Solo Plan, the Customer will receive confirmation, via an email from BT or as detailed in the Charges Schedule, which identifies which Monthly Subscription Charge the Customer will pay.

    (a) Monthly Subscription Charges will be invoiced monthly in advance.

    (b) Monthly Subscription Charges incurred for periods of less than a month will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

    The following are included in the Monthly Subscription Charge for BT Business Mobile Solo:

    Note 3 - Inclusive Minutes Allowance

    (a) The Inclusive Minutes Allowance set out in Table 1 above, can be used as follows:

    • (i) Voice Calls made within the UK to other UK mobile users
    • (ii) Voice calls made within the UK to UK fixed lines (01, 02, 03 and 07 numbers " excluding Channel Islands and the Isle of Man),
    • (iii) Voicemail retrievals

    (b) The Inclusive Minutes Allowance applies per Connection and cannot be shared between Connections.

    (c) The Inclusive Minutes Allowance will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

    (d) Any unused minutes from the Inclusive Minutes Allowance will be carried forward to the following month.

    Note 4 - Inclusive Text Allowance

    (a) The Inclusive Text Allowance set out in Table 1 above, can be used for texts to any UK mobile networks but excludes:

    • (i) texts to networks outside of the UK;
    • (ii) MMS;
    • (iii) texts sent whilst outside of the UK; or

    • (iv) texts to premium rate services.

    (b) The Inclusive Text Allowance applies per Connection and cannot be shared between Connections.

    (c) The Inclusive Text Allowance will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

    (d) Any unused texts from the Inclusive Text Allowance will be carried forward to the following month.

    Note 5 - Inclusive Data Allowance

    (a) The Inclusive Data Allowance set out in Table 1 above, can be used for data sent and received in the UK .

    (b) The Inclusive Data Allowance applies per Connection and cannot be shared between Connections.

    (c) The Inclusive Data Allowance will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

    (d) Any unused data from the Inclusive Data Allowance cannot be carried over to the next billing month.

    Note 6 - Unlimited BT Wi-fi

    Unlimited BT Wi-fi applies to all Connections for the Minimum Term of the Connection.

    (a) The unlimited BT Wi-fi is for use from a BT Wi-fi Site in the UK.

    (b) The unlimited BT Wi-fi will be provisioned in the form of a voucher which the Customer will receive by email to the contact email address provided by the Customer to BT.

    (c) The Customer can connect to BT Wi-fi hotspots via the BT Wi-fi application downloaded from the relevant app store supported by their device subject to the BT Wi-fi application being available for the Customer's device. The Customer can enter the credentials into the BT Wi-fi Login screen in their browser when they connect to a hotspot.

    (d) Roaming using BT Wi-fi is not available with the Service. Roaming (which means using BT Wi-fi partner networks in the UK or abroad) can be obtained via a BT Wi-fi International Voucher which can be purchased at www.btwifi.com/buy. The vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions available at http://btwifi.com/terms-and-conditions/conditions-for-wifi-service.jsp.

    Note 7 - BT Business Mobile Care

    BT Business Mobile Care applies to all Connections and includes:

    (a) Dedicated business support: Access to the BT Business Mobile customer service teams.

    (b) Within warranty replacement of Devices: the manufacturer's warranty on Devices is provided via BT - where a Device is faulty within the terms of the warranty, BT will replace this with an equivalent Device by the end of the next working day. BT reserves the right to supply refurbished devices.

    (c) 90-day early upgrade: Customers can choose to upgrade their BT Business Mobile plan up to 90 days before the end of their Minimum Term, which may include a new Device dependent upon the plan chosen. Any outstanding Minimum Term remaining at the point of resign will be added to the Minimum Term applicable to the new plan.

    (d) Business voicemail: all Connections come with BT Business Mobile voicemail accounts. BT reserves the right to de-active inactive voicemail accounts.

    (e) Out of the box: Access to help and resources to get started with BT Business Mobile, including Device set-up and transferring content from other devices.

    Note 8 - BlackBerry BIS & BlackBerry 10

    Where a BlackBerry Handset is provided with a BT Business Mobile Solo Connection, BlackBerry Internet Service (hereafter referred to as BIS) or BlackBerry 10 will be provided where applicable.

    BIS - International Data Roaming

    International Data Roaming will be charged as follows (excluding BlackBerry 10):

    (a) When using the BlackBerry browser a charge for International Data Roaming of ?6.00 per day will apply; and

    (b) When the BlackBerry browser is not used, International Data Roaming will be charged on a per MB basis as detailed in Part 6 of Section 10b of the BT Price List.

    (c) When International Data Roaming the Mobile Hotspot facility is not available.

    BlackBerry 10 - International Data Roaming

    International Data Roaming will be charged on a per MB basis as detailed in Part 6of Section 10b of the BT Price List.

    4. BT Business Mobile Extras

    Part 4 of Section 10b of the BT Price List sets out the BT Business Mobile Extras available with BT Business Mobile Solo and the terms and conditions (including the charges) which apply.

    5. Usage Limits

    A usage limit may apply to the Customer's account and/or BT SIM Card, but it is the responsibility of the Customer to monitor their mobile spend.

    International Roaming - in order to comply with EU Regulation BT may apply a usage limit for data ("Data Roaming")*. This limit will be applied to the BT SIM Card and will apply per billing month. The user of the BT SIM Card will be sent 2 alerts advising them that they are approaching the limit set by BT and providing guidance on how to contact BT about the limit. Upon reaching the limit, the user of the BT SIM Card will receive a final text alert advising that the Data Roaming will be suspended unless BT is contacted by the bill payer/Account holder. Please refer to http://www.bt.com/mobileeufor more information about these limits and alerts. Contact details for BT will be included in the alert.

    *the Data Roaming default limit is set at 50 Euros, when applying this limit BT will use the exchange rate published for this purpose at http://www.bt.com/mobileeu.

    Please note that some devices (those without text functionality) may not receive the alerts and therefore when using such a device, monitoring of usage by the Customer when International Roaming is essential as the Customer will be liable for any charges.

    6. Conditions

    (a) General

    The Contract for BT Business Mobile Solo comprises:

    • (i) This BT Price List;
    • (ii) The Conditions for BT Business Services (BT1130);
    • (iii) The Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147);
    • (iv) The Welcome Letter where this states it forms part of the Contract or the Charges Schedule where one is provided; and
    • (v) The Annex to the Service Schedule (BT1147a) where the Customer's Contract includes a service or option listed in the Annex.

    The Conditions and Service Schedule can be found at http://www.bt.com/terms (or any other url that BT advises to the Customer) under the heading: Mobile Service (Business).

    (b) BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS)

    Where the Customer takes BIS, the terms and conditions for BIS set out in the Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147) will apply.

    (c) BlackBerry 10 Service

    Where the Customer takes BlackBerry 10, the terms and conditions for BlackBerry 10 set out in the Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147) will apply.

    (d) BT Business Mobile Extras

    Where a BT Business Mobile Extra is applied to a Connection, the Contract will incorporate the terms and conditions applicable to the BT Business Mobile Extra (as detailed in Part 4 of Section 10b of the BT Price List.4 of Section 10b of the BT Price List.

    (e) BT Business Mobile Care is provided under the Customer's Contracta GSMfor Gateway must not be used with BT Business Mobile Solo, more information can be found in the Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147).:

    (f) BT Business Mobile Care is provided under the Customer's Contract for BT Business Mobile Solo:

    • (i) All dates are estimates.
    • (ii) Replacement of Devices is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the warranty, details of which can be found in the Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service.
    • (iii) BT will de-active any mailboxes that are inactive for 3 consecutive months. A charge may apply for re-activating the mailbox. BT will charge for calls to voicemail as set out above.

    7. Termination Charges

    Where the Customer terminates the Contract, the Service, part of the Service or a Connection during the Minimum Term of any Connection, the termination charges detailed in the Welcome Letter (where this states it forms part of the Contract) will apply. Where such a Welcome Letter is not received, the termination charges will be as detailed in the Charges Schedule.
