All charges are stated exclusive of VAT. The charges detailed in this BT Price List Entry apply to Contracts for BT Talk Time Solo except as amended via a Charges Schedule provided by BT.

Where the Customer has taken BT Talk Time Solo in conjunction with a Special Offer, the additional terms and conditions applicable to the Special Offer can be found in Part 9.

Please note that BTthe TalkCustomer Timemust Solonot includingconnect, anycontinue Optionsconnection or Optionalknowingly Extrasallow (includingany third party to connect or continue the SMSconnection Allowance) must not be used with a of: GSM Gateway which is defined as follows:

"(a) anyGSM GSMGateway" meansGateway; a single point of access to the Network from another network using SIM Cards provided by BT and/or orany facility enabling the sending of automated SMS messages using SIM Cards provided by BT.

(b) any device used to forward or divert calls, texts or data with the intention of reducing charges for that call, text or data; or

(c) any SIM Card used with an application enabling the making of automated calls and sending of automated data and texts,

to the Network. A GSM Gateway is defined as follows:

"GSM Gateway" means a single point of access to the Network from another network using SIM Cards and/or any facility enabling the making of automated calls and the sending of automated data and texts using SIM Cards.

1. Definitions

The definitions are set out in the Conditions and Service Schedule - please see Paragraph 8 below for more information.

2. Minimum Period and Minimum Term

BT Talk Time Solo (including the Options and the Optional Extras) is subject to:

A Minimum Period of 24 months

A Minimum Term of 24 months

3. Table 1 - Charges - General

The following charges will apply to:

(a) MMS

(b) International Roaming

(c) calls, texts and data not included in, or which are in excess of any inclusive data, minutes or SMS allowance specified in Table 2 and Table 3 below.

For Picture messaging of 30KB or less the charge is 21pence, greater than 30KB the charge is 42pence.

*These are excluded from the:

Inclusive Minutes Allowance;

UK Voice Extra option;

UK Landline Voice Extra option;

Europe Roamer Voice Extra option;

EU Usage Allowance.

All charges other than those detailed in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 will be charged in accordance with Parts 1 and 2 of Section 10 of this BT Price List.

4. Table 2 - BT Talk Time Solo - Options

The following table identifies the charges for the Options within BT Talk Time Solo.

Please note that this does not include the charges for BT Signal Assist which can be found in Part 4 of this Section of the BT Price List.

*the Customer will receive an email from BT which identifies whether or not the customer is taking the £25.00 or the £30.00 Option.

**the Customer will receive an email from BT which identifies whether or not the customer is taking the £35.00 or the £37.50 Option.

Note 1 - Inclusive Minutes Allowance

The following applies to the Inclusive Minutes Allowance:

(a) The Inclusive Minutes Allowance applies per Connection per month and cannot be shared between Connections. Unused minutes can be carried over to the next billing month.

The Inclusive Minutes Allowance will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

(b) The Inclusive Minutes Allowance applies to voice calls made within the UK to:

(i) UK fixed lines commencing with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man);

(ii) other UK mobile users in the UK;

(iii) Voicemail;

(iv) other mobile users using a BT SIM Card (hereafter referred to by the defined term ?SIM Card? as detailed in the Service Schedule).

These will decrement the Inclusive Minutes Allowance.

(c) Calls:

(i) in excess of the Inclusive Minutes Allowance in Table 2; and

(ii) Calls not included in the Inclusive Minutes Allowance in Table 2,

will be charged at the rates set out in Table 1.

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1.

Note 2 - Inclusive Data Allowance

The following applies to the Inclusive Data Allowance (please note that this applies per Connection per month and cannot be shared across Connections, any unused allowance cannot be carried forward):

(a) applies to data sent and received in the United Kingdom;

(b) usage in excess of the Inclusive Data Allowance in Table 2 will be charged in accordance with Table 1.

The Inclusive Data Allowance will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

Note 3 - SMS Allowance

The following applies to the SMS Allowance (please note that this applies per Connection per month and cannot be shared across Connections):

(a) the SMS Allowance cannot be used with a GSM Gateway.

(b) Applies to texts to any UK mobile networks but excludes:

(i) Texts to networks outside of the UK;

(ii) MMS;

(iii) International Roaming - texts sent; or

(iv) Texts sent to premium rate services.

(c) Texts in excess of the SMS Allowance in Table 2 will be charged in accordance with Table 1.

The SMS Allowance will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

Note 4 - BT Mobile Wi-fi for BT Talk Time Solo Smartphone

BT Talk Time Solo Smartphone when used with a Device (which utilises the Android operating system) provided by BT under this Contract, includes the provision of Unlimited BT Mobile Wi-fi for the Minimum Term of any Connection to which it is applied. In order to benefit from Unlimited BT Mobile Wi-fi, the Customer must download the BT Mobile App for BT Mobile Wi-fi software from the Android Market. The software is subject to terms and conditions which the Customer must accept in order to download the software.

The unlimited BT Mobile Wi-fi minutes cannot be used when Roaming (which means where access is provided via an alternative wireless data service for which BT has an agreement with an alternative wireless data service provider).

Note 5 - BlackBerry BIS & BlackBerry 10 (previously known as BlackBerry 10 with ActiveSync)

BlackBerry Internet Service for BT Talk Time Solo Smartphone

Where BT Talk Time Solo Smartphone is taken with BlackBerry Internet Service the following applies (BlackBerry Internet Service is hereafter referred to as BIS).

Monthly Subscription Charge - the relevant Monthly Subscription Charge set out in the Table 2 above will apply.

The Monthly Subscription Charge includes a BlackBerry Handset. One BlackBerry Handset will be provided per Connection for the following BT Talk Time Solo Smartphone Options:

Budget

Budget Plus

Premium

Premium Plus

Platinum

Platinum Plus

Additional BlackBerry Handsets will be subject to a new Minimum Term and the Monthly Subscription Charge will apply.

Once BIS has been added to a Connection it cannot be removed from that Connection.

BIS - International Roaming - Data (?Data Roaming?)

Data Roaming will be charged as follows (Excluding BlackBerry 10):

(a) When using the BlackBerry browser a charge for Data Roaming of £6.00 per day will apply; and

(b) When the BlackBerry browser is not used, Data Roaming will be charged on a per MB basis as detailed in Section 10 of this BT Price List.

(c) When International Roaming the Mobile Hotspot facility is not available.

BlackBerry 10 for BT Talk Time Solo Smartphone

Where BT Talk Time Solo Smartphone Platinum Plus is taken with BlackBerry 10 Service the following applies (BlackBerry 10 Service is referred to as BB10).

Monthly Subscription Charge - the relevant Monthly Subscription Charge set out in the Table 2 above will apply. The Monthly Subscription Charge includes a BlackBerry 10 Handset. One BlackBerry 10 Handset will be provided per connection.

Additional BlackBerry 10 Handsets will be subject to a new Minimum Term and the Monthly Subscription Charge will apply.

BB10 - International Roaming - Data ("Data Roaming")

Data Roaming will be charged on a per MB basis as detailed in Section 10 of this BT Price List.

5. Table 3 - BT Talk Time Solo - Optional Extras

The following table identifies the charges for the Optional Extras available within BT Talk Time Solo.

Note 6 - UK Voice Extra, UK Landline Voice Extra and Europe Roamer Voice Extra

(a) UK Voice Extra - available on all BT Talk Time Solo Options to which a 24 months Minimum Term applies to the Connections, where the order for BT Talk Time Solo was placed prior to 1st September 2013. The Minimum Term applicable to UK Voice Extra is 24 months.

(b) UK Landline Voice Extra - available on all BT Talk Time Solo Options to which a 24 months Minimum Term applies to the Connections, where the order for BT Talk Time Solo was placed prior to 1st September 2013. Where the order for BT Talk Time Solo was placed on or after 1st September 2013 UK Landline Voice Extra is available on Budget (with or without BIS) & Budget Plus (with or without BIS) Options only. The Minimum Term applicable to UK Landline Voice Extra is 24 months.

(c) Europe Roamer Voice Extra is available on new Contracts under which a 24 month Minimum Term applies to the Connections. The Minimum Term applicable to the Europe Roamer Voice Extra is 24 months.

(d) The inclusive allowances applicable to UK Voice Extra, UK Landline Voice Extra and Europe Roamer Voice Extra will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

(e) An additional Monthly Subscription Charge applies to the UK Voice Extra, the UK Landline Voice Extra and Europe Roamer Voice Extra as specified above. Please note that apart from Europe Roamer Voice Extra these apply per Connection and cannot be shared across Connections.

(f) Calls in excess of the inclusive allowance stated in Table 2 for the UK Voice Extra, UK Landline Voice Extra and Europe Roamer Voice Extra will be charged in accordance with Table 1. Once the UK Voice Extra, UK Landline Voice Extra and Europe Roamer Voice Extra are added to a Connection any removal of these options from that Connection during the Minimum Term will incur a termination charge equal to the outstanding additional Monthly Subscription Charge due for the terminated option due to the end of the Minimum Term.

(g) UK Landline Voice Extra - applies to voice calls made within the UK using the SIM Card provided with the Service to any UK fixed line numbers commencing with 01, 02 and 03 (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). An additional charge does not apply to these calls and they will not decrement the Inclusive Minutes Allowance in Table 2 above.

(h) UK Voice Extra - applies to voice calls made within the UK using the SIM Card provided with the Service to any UK numbers commencing with 07, 01, 02 and 03 (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). An additional charge does not apply to these calls and they will not decrement the Inclusive Minutes Allowance in Table 2 above.

(i) Europe Roamer Voice Extra is an Optional Extra that can be applied to any Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections). It provides voice calls as follows: incoming calls in Europe to a SIM Card and Calls at a reduced charge of 12 pence per minute within Europe. Calls in excess of the inclusive allowance set out in Table 3 are chargeable in accordance with Table 1 above.

(j) The Customer cannot take both the UK Voice Extra and the UK Landline Voice Extra on the same Connection.

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1 above.

Note 7 - 500MB UK Data Extra

a) The 500MB UK Data Extra provides an allowance of 500MB of data as detailed in Table 3 and is addition to any other data allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge.

(b) The option can be applied to any Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections).

(c) There is no monthly roll over of any unused data allowance and the inclusive data allowance will be applied on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

(d) Where the Customer has more than one data allowance, charges for excess data usage will only apply when all data allowances have been used on that Connection for that month.

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1 above.

Note 8 - 1GB UK Data Extra

(a) The 1GB UK Data Extra provides an allowance of 1GB of data as detailed in Table 3 and is addition to any other data allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge.

(b) The option can be applied to any Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections).

(c) There is no monthly roll over of any unused data allowance and the inclusive data allowance will be applied on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

(d) Where the Customer has more than one data allowance, charges for excess data usage will only apply when all data allowances have been used on that Connection for that month.

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1 above.

Note 9 - 3GB UK Data Extra

(a) The 3GB UK Data Extra provides an allowance of 3GB of data as detailed in Table 3 above and is addition to any other data allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge.

(b) The option can be applied to any Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections).

(c) There is no monthly roll over of any unused data allowance and the inclusive data allowance will be applied on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

(d) Where the Customer has more than one data allowance, charges for excess data usage will only apply when all data allowances have been used on that Connection for that month.

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1 above.

Note 10 - 5GB UK Data Extra

(a) The 5GB UK Data Extra provides an allowance of 5GB of data as detailed in Table 3 above and is addition to any other data allowance within the Monthly Subscription Charge.

(b) The option can be applied to any Connection provided under the Contract (it does not have to be applied to all Connections).

(c) There is no monthly roll over of any unused data allowance and the inclusive data allowance will be applied on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

(d) Where the Customer has more than one data allowance, charges for excess data usage will only apply when all data allowances have been used on that Connection for that month.

Important - please see the exclusions under Table 1 above.

Note 11 - User 3000 Text Extra

(a) User 3000 Extra - is available on BT Talk Time Solo Options Budget (with or without BIS) & Budget Plus (with or without BIS), to which a 24 months Minimum Term applies to the Connections and where the order for BT Talk Time Solo was placed on or after 1st September 2013.

(b) User 3000 Text Extra usage apply to Texts sent within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) from a BT SIM Card to BT mobile users and other UK mobile users and excludes International Roaming and premium rate SMS. User 3000 Text Extra includes the inclusive allowances set out in Table 3.

(c) Where User 3000 Text Extra is removed, SMS usage will be charged at the standard applicable BT Talk Time Solo per message charge (as detailed in Table 1).

(d) The inclusive allowance applicable to User 3000 Text Extra will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

Note 12 - Helplines Voice Extra

Helplines Voice Extra is an Optional Extra that provides the inclusive allowance set out in Table 3. Applies to voice calls as follows: voice calls made within the UK from the Customer's BT Mobile (while using a BT SIM Card) to any UK fixed line numbers commencing 0870, 0845 and 0800.

The inclusive allowance applicable to Helplines Voice Extra will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

Note 13 - European Traveller Extra

(a) The European Traveller Extra is an Optional Extra that provides the allowances detailed in Table 3. The allowances apply where the BT Mobile SIM Card is being used within the EU (excluding the UK).

(b) The allowances detailed in Table 3 above apply as follows:

• (i) 20 minutes per month in total of voice calls received or made via the BT SIM Card;
• (ii) 20 SMS per day sent from the BT SIM Card;
• (iii) 20MB of Data per day sent and received via the BT SIM Card.

(c) There is no monthly rollover for any unused allowance.

(d) The following exclusions apply:

• (i) Calls made or received in non-EU countries and the UK and the following numbers:
• - Personal number services (numbers started with 070);
• - Call forwarding services;
• - Directory Enquiries;
• - Numbers beginning with 04x, 08x and 09x.
• (ii) Texts sent or received in non-EU countries and the UK;
• (iii) Mobile data sent and received in non-EU countries and the UK.

(e) The inclusive allowance applicable to European Traveller Extra will apply on a pro-rata basis in the first month.

6. Charging Information

(a) Monthly Subscription Charges incurred for periods of less than a month will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

(b) Call charging rates that vary according to the time of day are billed according to the time of call initiation.

(c) Charges are in pence per minute and call charges are rounded to the nearest penny. Charges apply for 24 hours per day. Charges are subject to change from time to time.

(d) Where the Customer subscribes to an Inclusive Tariff (which means the monthly charge includes data or text usage or voice minutes), Eligible Elements (which means the data usage, text and voice minutes provided as part of an Inclusive Tariff) will be set against the Inclusive Tariff in the order in which the Eligible Elements are used. Where the Inclusive Tariff allows unused Eligible Elements to be carried forward, they will be used first in the next monthly bill period. Any Eligible Elements that are not used when this Contract ends will be cancelled. No credit will be given.

7. Usage Limits

A usage limit may apply to the Customer?s account and/or SIM Card, but it is the responsibility of the Customer to monitor their mobile spend. Where the account does have a usage limit, BT will alert the user of the SIM Card, firstly when the spend incurred falls outside the account's allowance and secondly BT will tell the user that service will be suspended unless the bill payer contacts us. Please refer to www.bt.com/mobileusage for more details about usage.

International Roaming - in order to comply with EU Regulation BT may apply a usage limit for data (?Data Roaming?)*. This limit will be applied to the SIM Card and will apply per billing month. The user of the SIM Card will be sent 2 alerts advising them that they are approaching the limit set by BT and providing guidance on how to contact BT about the limit. Upon reaching the limit, the user of the SIM Card will receive a final SMS alert advising that the Data Roaming will be suspended unless BT is contacted by the bill payer/Account holder. Please refer to http://www.bt.com/mobileeufor more information about these limits and alerts. Contact details for BT will be included in the alert.

*the Data Roaming default limit is set at 50 Euros, when applying this limit BT will use the exchange rate published for this purpose at http://www.bt.com/mobileeu

Please note that some Devices (those without SMS functionality) may not receive the alerts and therefore when using such a Device, monitoring of usage by the Customer when International Roaming is essential as the Customer will be liable for any charges.

8. Conditions

(a) General

The Contract for BT Talk Time Solo comprises:

(i) This BT Price List;

(ii) The Conditions for BT Business Services (BT1130);

(iii) The Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147);

(iv) The Welcome Letter where this states it forms part of the Contract or the Charges Schedule where one is provided; and

(v) The Annex to the Service Schedule (BT1147a) where the Customer?s Contract includes a service or option listed in the Annex.

The Conditions and Service Schedule can be found at http://www.bt.com/terms (or any other url that BT advises to the Customer) under the heading: Mobile Service (Business).

(b) BlackBerry Internet Service

Where the Customer takes BIS, the terms and conditions for BIS set out in the Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147) will apply.

(c) BlackBerry 10 Service

Where the Customer takes BB10, the terms and conditions for BB10 set out in the Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147) will apply.

(d) BES Express Managed Service

Where the Customer takes BES Express Managed Service the terms and conditions for BES Express Managed Service set out in the Service Schedule for BT Business Mobile Service (BT1147) will apply.

(e) EU Roaming Data Extra Optional Extras

Where one of the EU Roaming Data Extra Optional Extras (as detailed in Section 10 Part 7 of this BT Price List) is applied to a Connection, the Contract will incorporate the terms and conditions applicable to EU Roaming Data Extra (as detailed in Section 10 Part 7).

(f) Application of Options or Optional Extras

Where the Customer orders an Option or Optional Extra to be applied to a Connection provided under this Contract, the terms and conditions applicable to that Option or Optional Extra will apply and will be incorporated into the Customer?s Contract. The terms and conditions (including the charges and any inclusions or exclusions) applicable to that additional Option or Optional Extra will be as detailed above.

(g) Special Offers

Where the Customer has taken BT Talk Time Solo in conjunction with a Special Offer, the additional terms and conditions applicable to the Special Offer can be found in Part 9.

9. Termination Charges

Where the Customer terminates the Contract, the Service, part of the Service or a Connection during the Minimum Term of any Connection, the termination charges detailed in the Welcome Letter (where this states it forms part of the Contract) will apply. Where such a Welcome Letter is not received, the termination charges will be as detailed in the Charges Schedule.
