With effect of 01 February 2010, KiloStream Assured Restore will be no longer available for new supply. KiloStream Assured Restore is a fast back-up service for KiloStream 64k and 128k circuits. If a KiloStream circuit failure is detected it automatically re-routes the traffic over the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) platform. As this is a managed service customers will not incur any call charges for call routed via this service. Customers do not need to call BT to report a fault on their KiloStream 64k or 128k circuit as the network is managed and monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |
The price for KiloStream Assured Restore is in addition to the cost of the KiloStream 64k/128k circuit. |
KiloStream Plus is not available as a delivery mechanism for KiloStream Assured Restore 128k. |
Eligibilty | | KiloStream Assured Restore is available to any customer with a KiloStream 64k or 128k circuit. There is no minimum order quantity or minimum expenditure requirement but a minimum 12 month rental period does apply. |

- (iii)the minimum requirements for NetStream 2000Enterprise and Corporate are met.
- (iv)the term of the NetStream 2000Enterprise and Corporate contract is equal to, or greater than, the outstanding term of the existing contract.
