Existing BT Broadband Talk Evening and Weekend Plan customers may upgrade to the Anytime Plan at no charge.

Calls

BT Broadband Talk calls (except international and the exceptions below) are charged the same as Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan call charges for the Evening and Weekend Plan and Unlimited Anytime Plan call charges for the Anytime Plan, including BT Broadband Talk calls to other BT Broadband Talk numbers. BT Broadband Talk calls to non BT Broadband Talk 055 and 056 numbers will be charged as Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan and Unlimited Anytime Plan call charges, as appropriate. Please see Parts 13 and 14 in this Section.

BT Broadband Talk customers with 055 and 056 numbers

Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged as an International call, as per the rates in the International Calls table below.

BT Broadband Talk customers in Northern Ireland with Geographic numbers

Local and National calls from Northern Ireland to fixed lines in the Republic of Ireland are charged as a BT Broadband Talk UK Calls (Local and National), as per the rates in the calls tables below.

Calls from Northern Ireland to Republic of Ireland Mobiles are charged as an International Mobile call, as per the rates in the International Mobile Calls table below.

Calls to the speaking clock are free of charges, there is no facility fee for 3 Way calls and any Reminder calls are charged as a local call.

Service Number (084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers) Direct Dialled PPM Prices

Calls to service numbers starting 084, 087, 09 and 118 consist of an Access Charge from BT charged at [Price] 9.17p per minute Exc. VAT ( [Price] 11.0p per minute Inc. VAT), plus a service charge set by the company you call. See Section 2, Part 1 Sub Part 6 for details of service charge prices.

Calls of any type for which there is no Calling Plan pence per minute rate specified will be charged at the standard rate (please see `Restrictions' later in this Part). Calls to the Channel Islands will be charged at rates shown in Table 1b of Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan and Unlimited Anytime Plan (see Parts 13 and 14 within this Section).

0845 and 0870 calls of up to 1 hour are charged at 0 pence per minute at evenings and at weekends, excluding calls to identified Internet Service Providers, and Calling Card and Dial-through access numbers. Fair Usage Policy applies. Maximum 1000 minutes or 150 calls a month. If either of these limits on inclusive calls is exceeded, BT will charge for these calls until further notice. Calls exceeding an hour or made at other times will be charged at the appropriate Service Number rate (see section on Service Number Direct Dialled PPM Prices above).

All other calls except International - As per Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan.

Anytime Plan

Calls Originated from BT Broadband Talk

For customers taking the Evening and Weekend Plan and/or the Anytime Plan, the Telephone Adapter will be provided at the charges set out below, the minimum period is 12 months.

The fees include VAT rounded up to the nearest penny.
