This product is not available for new supply from 1 June 2003.

BT Together - Local Calls Option is available for an option fee of £4.53 inc. VAT per month plus line rental of £17.99 inc VAT per month. This includes the following:

• -Line Rental (for one line)
• -The call prices specified in Tables 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 which include a zero pence per minute charge for the first hour of each Local Geographic call at evenings and weekends except those to Internet Service Provider numbers (conditions apply).
• -Connection of new and additional lines at £108.33 exc. VAT (£130.00 inc. VAT)
• -Local Calls Option pence per minute rates apply on all lines on the account
• -Customers will pay £53.97 inc. VAT for additional lines on the same account.

Calls of any type for which there is no Calling Plan pence per minute rate specified will be charged at the specified rate (including Chargecard calls; Directory Enquiries - all numbers beginning with 118 and Operator Controlled Calls excluding 198).

Table 1a - Geographic Inland Direct Dialled PPM Prices (except Local calls terminating on Internet Service Providers)

Calls to the Channel Islands (i.e. National) numbers will be charged at the rates shown in Table 1a above.

Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged at the rates shown in Table 1a above. Calls from Northern Ireland to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland will be charged at the same rate as calls from the rest of the United Kingdom to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland.

Exceptionally long Local calls, passing through multiple Evening or Weekend periods (via one or more Daytime periods), will not be charged for the first hour of each Evening or Weekend period. Pence per minute rates will apply at all other times.

Table 1b - Prices of Local calls to Internet Service Providers' numbers

Local calls to identified Internet Service Providers' numbers will be charged at the rates shown in Table 1b above. A list of these numbers is available on bt.com

0845 Direct Dialled PPM Prices

0845 calls of up to 1 hour are charged at 0 pence per minute at evenings & night-time and at weekends, excluding calls to identified Internet Service Providers, and Calling Card and Dial-through access numbers. Fair Usage Policy applies. Maximum 1000 minutes or 150 calls a month. If either of these limits on inclusive calls is exceeded, BT will charge for these calls until further notice. Calls exceeding an hour or made at other times will be charged at the appropriate Service Number rate (see section on Service Number Direct Dialled PPM Prices below).

Service Number (084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers) Direct Dialled PPM Prices

Calls to service numbers starting 084, 087, 09 and 118 consist of an Access Charge from BT charged at 8.491p per minute Exc. VAT (10.19p per minute Inc. VAT), plus a service charge set by the company you call. See Section 2, Part 1 Sub Part 6 for details of service charge prices.

Table 2 - BT Text Prices

* each text message is limited to 160 characters. Where a request is made to send a text which exceeds 160 characters the message will be delivered as multiple messages each up to 160 characters length. Each text will be charged at the rate appropriate to the destination telephone.
