i)Where LearningStream circuit/s and, or equipment do not already exist at the same customer premises.

As with other LearningStream circuits, no additional discounts can be applied to these circuits and hub sites. All alternatively provided LearningStream circuits within the Central London zone (CLZ) will be eligible for the same discounts as with standard CLZ LearningStream circuits.

Where customers require their LearningStream 2 Own Exchange Circuits or LearningStream 2 Alternative Delivery Own Exchange Link to be moved within the same building (internal shift), network Time-scale rates will apply (see Section 15). Internal Shifts for Highband LearningStream circuits and Hub Sites must be implemented as a Cease and Re-Provide.

Where customers require their LearningStream Own Exchange Link, Alternative Delivery Own Exchange Link, HBLS Own Exchange Link, Hub Site or HBLS Hub Site to be moved to a new building (external shift) then the connection charge for service appropriate to the bandwidth or capacity of the service will apply. Rentals for annual contracts will be recalculated following an internal or external shift. Where a Hub Site is externally shifted any existing link circuits that require to be relocated and reconnected to the new Hub Site will incur external shift charges equivalent to the connection charge appropriate to the bandwidth of these circuits.

Ancillary charges as defined in Section 45 Part 1 will apply as appropriate.
