Between 16th August 2006 and 15th December 2006 inclusive, Business Customers will be able to apply for reduced Local and National Geographic pence per minute call rates for all times of day.

The Special Offer rates will be available from 16th August 2006.

Customers wishing to take advantage of the Special Offer must enter into a BT Business Plan (Customer Based) Contract of 12 or 24 months Contract Period. Customers must commit to a Nominal Committed Call Spend of £10000.00, £30000.00, £100000.00, £200000.00 or £400000.00 per annum.

In order to qualify for the Special Offer the Customer must:

• 1)register for the Offer by completing Section 1 of the BT Business Plan (Customer Based) August 2006 Special Offer Application Form (Application Form), which must be returned to BT on or before 15th December 2006;
• 2)following (or in conjunction with) registration, apply for a draft Inventory. BT will then produce and return to the Customer a draft Inventory for checking;
• 3)complete and sign Section 2 of the Application Form, which must be returned with the Inventory to BT on or before 15th August 2007. Section 2 should only be completed once the Customer is satisfied the Inventory is correct.

Customers moving from an existing Contract will be subject to any existing Terms and Conditions regarding Migration and Reconciliation/Reward of that existing Contract.

The Special Offer rates will apply to the Customer's Contract commencing from the Operational Service Date to be specified by BT.

The Access Charge for calls to Non geographic numbers ? 084, 087, 09, & 118 - will be set at the same rate as the national geographic call.

TABLE B: Other Call Charges

The charges for all other call types are specified in the Price List, Section 56 Part 12 'BT Business Plan', and the rates for the Nominal Committed Call Spend under this Special Offer will align to the rates for the Nominal Committed Call Spend under the standard BT Business Plan (Customer Based) Contract as indicated below.

All standard BT Business Plan (Customer Based), Terms and Conditions will apply, including Migration, Reconciliation and Reward rules, as specified in the Price List, Section 56 Part 12 'BT Business Plan'.

The Special Offer rates will apply for the contract period commencing on the Operational Service Date and will continue thereafter until either the Customer's BT Business Plan (Customer Based) Contract is terminated or BT varies the rates upon 14 days' notice.
