Part 2:Basic International Call Charges

Subpart 1:Direct Dialled Calls

These prices apply for direct dialled calls from standard Business telephone lines and from Payphone lines when no discount schemes are applicable. Public Payphone calls are excluded. Prices specific to Residential packages appear in Section 55, except in the following circumstances where prices in this Section apply.

For calls described below, the following daytime, evening & night-time and weekend definitions apply.

RESIDENTIAL LINES

  • daytime - Mon-Fri 7am - 7pm
  • evenings & night-time - Mon-Fri before 7am & after 7pm.
  • weekend - All Day Sat & Sun.

IDD calls to some mobile telephones and other special and higher rate services will be charged at 45.00p (ex VAT)/ [Price] 54.0p (inc VAT) per minute more than the equivalent IDD calls to fixed telephones. Calls from Northern Ireland to fixed telephones in the Republic of Ireland will be charged at the appropriate Inland rate. Calls from Northern Ireland to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland will be charged at the same rate as calls from the rest of the United Kingdom to mobile telephones registered in the Republic of Ireland.
