Subpart 4:Performance Scheme for Provision

Private Circuits Performance Scheme is to assure Customers of BT's commitment to supplying a high level of service. This commitment underwritten by Private Circuit's Reduced Charges Scheme which reduces a Customer's connection or rental charges if our exacting targets are not met.

Customers will automatically receive a reduction on the connection charges for their circuit if BT fails to meet the Contractual Delivery Date for products and services supported within Private Circuits Reduced Charges Scheme.

The Contractual Delivery Dates of the products supported within Private Circuits Reduced Charges Scheme are detailed below.
