- i.In respect of any circuit, the expression ?Working Day" means 0800hrs to 1700hrs, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays (as apply locally).
- ii.The Contractual Delivery Date for installations requiring major construction work (multiple orders or the installation of access components to support NetStream 1 and 16 service) will be as agreed with the Customer. Each circuit, which is provided as part of a Reduced Charges Scheme multiple order, will have an individual Contractual Delivery Date. Each circuit will become eligible under the Reduced Charges Scheme for reduction of connection charges should delivery be later than the contractual Delivery Date. For the purposes of the Scheme, a Reduced Charges Scheme multiple order is defined as follows:
- -For Analogue or KiloStream circuits, it is an order for a total of 4 or more circuits (or a combination of these of any service type) received on the same day to serve a single premises, whether the premises is the A or B end of a circuit.
- -For MegaStream circuits, it is an order for a total of 4 or more circuits received within 20 days to serve a single premises, whether the premises is the A or B end of a circuit.
- iii.The Reduced Charges Scheme does not apply to any failure to provide a circuit in a case where paragraph 19 of the Contract (?Matters Beyond BT's Reasonable Control") applies.
- iv.The Reduced Charges Scheme does not apply to inland tails of Offshore and International private circuits and private circuits to Other Administrators.
- v.Any reductions due as a result of the Reduced Charges Scheme will only apply to the circuit connection charge and not to any associated equipment or maintenance charges.
- viForvi.In NetStreamrespect 2000of Standardorders &which NetStreamconstitute 2000 Genus circuits, in addition to the above failure to meet a Contractualproject Deliveryor Date,require anymajor fastconstruction provisionwork premiumdescribed willin beparagraph refunded.ii (above), the Contractual Delivery Date will be agreed with the Customer.
