- All KiloLine customers may opt to pay their connection charge in 3 annual instalments. The 3 instalments are calculated as follows:
- Connection Charge X 0.388
- If a customer terminates service prior to paying all 3 instalments, the customer will pay BT any outstanding connection charges.
| Discount Contracts | | BT offers a range of discount optionsoption based on length of commitment (Term) number of eligible circuits (Pool) and bandwidthCommitted (DDO)Spend (see Part 7 of this Section). Where more than one discount is applied to a circuit the effect is to multiply the discount percentages together, e.g. a Pool contract discount of [Price] and a DDO discount of [Price] will give an overall discount of [Price] . |
| Migration Options | | Migration to Kiloline N (Standard) (b)(c)or Megaline | | Migration to KiloLine N or MegaLine is allowed at any time even during the minimum period, without payment of any outstanding rental. Before migration, any outstanding connection charges for the KiloLine service must be paid in full. Standard KiloLine N or MegaLine connection charges apply. |
| Migration to NetStream | | NetStream Enterprise or NetStream Corporate is available to customers. Please refer to Section 12Part 7 of this Price List for details of NetStream Services. | Migration to NetStream Enterprise and Corporate private circuits is allowed at any time, even during the minimum period, without payment of any outstanding rental provided that: - (i)any outstanding connection charges are paid in full.
- (ii)the Terms and Conditions for NetStream Enterprise and Corporate are accepted.
- (iii)the minimum requirements for NetStream Enterprise and Corporate are met.
- (iv)the term of the NetStream Enterprise and Corporate contract is equal to, or greater than, the outstanding term of the existing contract.
